Me and a few mates strongly believe we all saw a croc in Tingalpa creek (in Morton bay) from the train as we went over the river. There have been multiple accounts this far south.

Also nothing points to sharks killing anything slow they usually rip into their meals and a croc is a good bet same with the shark. Also the horse didnt die like what are you referencing?

I live at mt Crosby and it would have been a bull shark there’s a place called colleges crossing and there has been deaths from bull sharks and I’ve caught a bull shark so I think it would a shark if not that’s scary

I would also suspect idiots releasing them on the other side. Like in the Wynnum wadding pool, some knobs caught a 5-6ft shovel nose and and release it into the kids pool one night. It would of been horrifying for the parents the next day.

It's well known that bull sharks infest the waters of Queensland, it's no mysteries that queens lands prone to flooding and the shark could of easily gotten over the dam. I just got back from Queensland and all you have to do is go down to the canals and you'll see plenty of bull sharks, and not just babies, one of the sharks i saw was at least 2 and half meters long.

Mark Carp, I live in northwest Oklahoma, and I have a river that runs through my property. So my biggest problem is all the cottonmouths and rattlesnakes. But I still love swimming in my river and the large lake that I go tubing in maybe every year, and there’s alligator gar, sooooooo the gar is the only thing that really scares me😂

My mum has a clipping from the Ipswich news paper about this event. We have caught bullies all up the Brisbane and some of the Bremer rivers. Edit- Even up past the weir, pre 2011 flood anyway. People were likely releasing them on the over side to be dicks. Most just catfish now though.

It can’t be a crocodile especially salt water crocs that are the heaviest reptiles on the planet. Crocs in the wild are known to take down zebra and water buffalos and even if it was a croc it would’ve ripped the horse leg and it can’t be a small croc either because crocs have long snouts so it must be a bull shark
