I have selected A, B, C, D , A2, B2, C2, D2, AB , AC, AD, BC, BD, CD Now minitab is not considering the A2 and excel is not showing the coefficient value for A.

I am not understanding one variable decreasing and one variable decreasing, basically these are input variables. Some case of randomness will be there definitely.

You mentioned that R square indicate how accurate model is fitted also told that if it's above 90% then model is called as good fit but at the same time when you consider three variable and made a regression where R square value is about 96 and further you are considering the interaction effect why??? Why there is contradiction in the condition when you see the R square value and p value for the intercept??? You didn't mentioned about what about Adj R square???🙄
Interaction effect basically talks about how you inputs are interacting with the output you are estimating. Interaction you can study two at a time. I don't know what contradiction in the R square value ? Adj R square is if there is any minor change in the experimental data also the fitness will be as close. May be A2 is not significant contribution, remove A2 and generate the equation.
