Can't believe I was at this show and I missed out on seeing them.
What the hell is the people from the comment section is complaining about? His voice in Buried Alive by Love was brutal. He screamed higher than ever. The sound mix is the worst thing. They did a good job.

My Ville Valo's severe Asthma makes him screams really loudly,too, babe ( Ville Valo ) is under a Severe Asthma attack during, he's allergic to flower's pollen and animal dandruff, it's raining during this concert and pollen and animal dandruff is flying around, but he'd made it to the end of the show, you can tells my Ville Valo is under a Severe Asthma Attack during this concert, his struggles, breathlessness and facial expressions.
During this concert, Mige and Burton are the actual singers. Interesting. lol

Ville Valo have severe asthma, he can't sings all of the times and your voice runs out, Ville Valo sings excellent to have severe asthma.

Shit I thought this sounded pretty good... I like being able to hear Mige and Burton but not as loud as this. It didnt sound like this live, it's just an off mix.
I really hope that wasn't the actual FOH mix of that show!
This is amazing. Loved it. Makes me feel better about never seeing them live :( however, I hate when the other guys do back up vocals. They scream it and they end up louder than Ville. I think Ville did great singing live here; Linde was insanely good, his wicked game solo was amazing. Gas rocks. I just love this band so much! Thanks for uploading.

They performed well and Ville sounds great, but jesus the sound is awful. Ville's mic needs to be twice as loud and the backup vocals needs to be a LOT more quite
Even when he's in severe asthma attack modes, but my lovely Ville Valo be okay, he finishes the shows right along with his band mates. It's really sad that he's the only one that has severe asthma in all of his bands.
The sound is fine sounds no worse than any of their other live shows

They're putting all of that smog around my Ville Valo, they don't knows he has Severe Asthma. When my Ville Valo leaves the stages alots, he's taking an Asthma and restroom breaks, his bandmates knows my cutie, Ville Valo has Severe Asthma.
It's really sad 😭 that my lovely husband, Ville Valo is the only in all of his bands to have Severe Asthma or Asthma, everybody else are fine.
Since my Ville Valo singing alots in America lately, he has an inhaler with him now, he can uses it when he needs it, I'd wished he had one during him, he be in lots of asthma attacks like on this show, my Ville Valo has Severe Asthma pills and inhalers now, that's great, I'm m really concerned for my husband Ville Valo.

I have been there. Trust me when I say it sounded WAY better live. It was a great gig. I mean obviously , I am here 13 years later, so I was actually pretty impressed back then. But here it sounds horrible. Something went wrong while recording it.

also ich kann mir nicht helfen, aber die werden live immer schlechter. vor allem seine stimme hat wohl über die jahre sehr viel gelitten. wenn ich z.b. an den auftritt beim rockpalast denke oder an rock am ring 2001, liegen da welten dazwischen. da war sein gesang zwar auch nicht perfekt (er ist halt nunmal nicht der beste sänger) aber doch sehr kraftvoll, voller energie und vorallem war seine stimme sehr charismatisch....jetzt hört sich das öfters mal wie ne quiekende ente an....

Aber wie sie selber bemerkten , sie können sich nicht helfen .
Sie spielten extra schlecht , das merkt doch jeder !!!
Nicht zuletzt deshalb , weil zeitgleich auf der anderen Bühne Rammstein spielten und sie DA natürlich nicht gegen an kommen konnten .
Aber man merkt das sie Spaß haben und es mit Absicht vergeigen und das ist immerhin lustig .
Letztlich war das ihr letztes Konzert by Rock am Ring / Park und sie haben es echt toll gemacht wenn man bedenkt das zeitgleich Rammstein spielten und das Wetter nicht so besonders war . Und man merkt , das Publikum hat den Witz verstanden .
Warum spielt man denn extra schlecht? Was ist daran witzig? Ich war auch negativ erschreckt, 1999 war die Stimme komplett anders. Sehr stark und irgendwie besonders, hier irgendwie sehr schwach und ziemlich nasal.

From Latoya Washington, my Ville Valo's microphone isn't low, my Ville Valo have severe asthma, that's why he's singing low, you can tells he has severe asthma on this concert, the way he's performing, all of band mates are helping him sings and it's raining during this concert, everybody has on raincoats, my Ville Valo is all bundled up; raining, cold and hot weather triggers my Ville Valo's severe asthma and he's allergic to all types of flowers ( pollen) and cute babe, Ville Valo still have severe asthma like , he's my total soulmate, he's exactly like me in everything, cutie even has my face, my face shape and my big smile.
When my Ville Valo is in a Severe Asthma attack, he talks alots to helps his lungs recuperates, my Ville Valo does lots of powerful singing and powerful screams, babe is easily to gets into a Severe Asthma attack.

It's totally sexy to hears my Ville Valo wheezing and gasping for air during their shows and music, he has Severe Asthma and Severe Allergies since birth, honey says it, my Ville Valo is totally fine, totally sexy and totally cute right along with his Severe Asthma, his wheezing and gasping for air makes his songs and HIM's songs sounds totally sexy due to his Severe Asthma and he still has Severe Asthma, he says it on May, 2023 interview.
Also, you can hears my Ville Valo wheezing and gasping for air in all of his songs and HIM's music, his wheezing and gasping for air be loud and low, I hears him, I has excellent hearing, I keeps my ears clean weekly.

Sadly this gig is an example why HIM sold "only" three million instead of thirty millions; they became desireless, out of hunger and under estimated their audience. It's a very Finnish disease.
Depeche Mode, Nick Cave or Placebo would never ever go onstage looking like that, acting like that nor playing like that.
This is so so sad to watch after seeing their rising in 1997 - 2001 when it wasn't about fart jokes and ignorance.
