Tamara you are an inspiration. My sister-in-law spread malicious rumours / lies about me for 20 years until I thought enough is enough. My family and I now suspect that she has narcissistic personality disorder. So glad I don't make her a part of my life anymore and she is irrelevant to me. She was my biggest hater, yet I was nothing but nice to her. Self-care is all about boundaries. ❤❤❤

Hi Tamara. I always watch your videos but rarely comment I don’t know why I am writing you now but I just had this overwhelming feeling that I needed some of your strength and positivity. Last week, I had a terrible encounter with a new neighbor ( she aggressively screamed at me after I asked if she could respect the rules of the association). I was left trembling and crying for days. My therapist says that I my brain took it as an attack and that I am experiencing trauma. It’s crazy… I can’t stop thinking of it and crying…. I am usually a strong person and I don’t recognize myself. I Have lived in my home for 20 years and now I just want to move. I so wish that I could feel the happiness and freedom that I see in you.

Intolerance to products means usually they are toxic or your diet is too strict. When people used to cook they had all sort of minerals&vitamins in their diet. Try to eat tiny doses of problematic food. At the same time add all types of greens, berries, vegs etc so that you had an army of healthy bacteria to digest any food.
The black version of the dress suits you better in both options 😍! The only dress I don’t like is the light blue one 🫤 I love your personality and your style♥️

My vote is to keep the playsuit/jumpsuit - it honestly doesn't look too big - linen is more comfortable oversized and the shorts fit you well!

That quote about gossip is spot on. Also, looks no.10&13: YES. If I have to be picky, then I'd say the green romper is slightly too large. Not a fan of that bottle shaped white dress (yet).
At 36.10 you mention your mom's saying about pigs. In South Africa we have the same saying. 'As jy met die semels meng, dat vreet die varke vir jou'. It translates that if you choose bad company (the husk of the wheat) then you will eventually be consumed by these behaviours and thoughts (pigs).
