Dehydrating Hot Peppers

It’s almost summer and we are still working on getting our freezers cleaned out so we can refill them with fresh garden produce this fall. One of the things taking up room is hot peppers, so in order to make the shelf stable and get them out of the freezer I’m going to dehydrate them.
