With or without, Galactus would be sure to win against Unicron. Afterall, Galactus is more experienced in going head to head with opponents just like him while Unicron went head to head with those less powerful than him.
The Ultimate Nullifier is part of Galactus. Galactus absorbed Dormammu and the other Multi-Dimensional spiritual beings of evil which is what he did to Unicron at the end of the Death Battle. Weird that they didn't have him go into Bringer of Life mode, since that is the form he literally beat a Multiversal embodiment of Chaos with in the comics. He beat the embodiment of Order at the same time as well btw.
Galactus didnt even win with the nullifier, he just went creative mode after being deleted. Thats the equivalent of the Minecraft world creator being killed and then respawning putting themselves in creative and blows up the person who killed them..
The Ultimate Nullifier wasn't even really a factor. Unicron was the one to use it on Galactus, but he easily avoided it by slipping into a pocket dimension. Galactus then won using his own power.
Faaaax! If Unicron didn’t use the nullifier and think that he won and put his guard down do you think Galactus would’ve still defeated him without the nullifier or would he have just used the nullifier himself at that point??
I mean, they literally said that the Ultimate Nullifier is made from Galactus's own power, and is a part of his being, so in a way, the Ultimate Nullifier *is* Galactus, which makes the question of whether he would win without it or not pointless. He is it, and it is him. The Nullifier is just a specific power set of Galactus's power cosmic given a physical form, allowing the writers at Marvel to have other people wield it, like Reed Richards.
Moot point. The Nullifier is a part of Galactus. He created it, he powers it, it's a part of his arsenal. Fair? This is a death battle. A battle to the death. There is no fair.
Here's how I imagine Unicron's power scaling if he became a Herald of Galactus: - As a Herald of Galactus, Unicron would gain access to some of Galactus' cosmic power. This would vastly amp up his already immense power levels as one of the most powerful Transformers. - Physically, Unicron's size and strength would likely increase exponentially. He'd dwarf even his already enormous normal size. He could probably dwarf entire planets with his new form. - His psychic/metaphysical abilities like possession, mind manipulation, etc. would become unstoppable. Maybe he could influence entire star systems psychically. - His Terrorcons and drones would also get power boosts. The Terrorcons especially would rival some top-tier Transformers in raw power. Their leader Unicron would make them nigh unstoppable. - Energy projection abilities would be off the charts. Unicron already had planet-busting power, but now his basic energy beams could destroy whole solar systems. - His regenerative abilities as a cosmic being would make him basically immortal. Only Galactus himself might be able to genuinely harm Unicron at that power level. So in summary, as Galactus' Herald, Unicron would go from one of the most devastating Transformers to arguably one of the most powerful characters in either universe short of Galactus or major cosmic abstracts like Eternity. He'd be a nigh-unstoppable force of destruction.
They said that Galactus made the Ultimate Nullifier, but a quick google search to the Marvel Database comes up with this: "The Ultimate Nullifier was created by the Watcher Emnu when the Prosilicans began to invade other planets using technology given to them by the Watchers. Upon its firing, it destroyed both the Prosilican Empire and nine tenths of the entire universe, which were later known as the Barrens." Death Battle... what are you not telling us?
Eh, he would never be able to actually absorb him though. The thing with being a concept that needs to exist would stop him from ever fully assimilating Unicron whereas Unicron could potentially syphon the power cosmic from Galactus through a battle of attrition.
Well even taking the Ultimate Nullifier out of the equation Unicron lacked the power, means and ability to defeat Galactus and since the Devourer of Worlds can absorb energy it's very likely that he could drain the Chaos Bringer with no negative side effects like he did with Dormammu a being of pure magic for the record Magic is poisonous to him and it looks like he did just that.
Galactus was able to resist corruption by Dormammu, but another universe version of Galactus got corrupted by the All Black Necrosword. So he is not completely immune to corruption, and if Dark Energon can hurt Primus, the fundamental aspect of creation itself, pretty sure it could've hurt Galactus. Ah, but why include that information.

Ok, i think i have to do this since some informations were wrong regardless of unicron, so going with this soon. Transformers cosmology Isn't weaker than Marvel. Transformers did a lot of crossovers with other brand, Like terminator, the chthulu mythos, dungeons & dragons, evangelion, TMNT, Ghostbusters and Even Marvel. The very First 2 Transformers continuities ever created have an official Number on the marvel encyclopedia making Marvel part of Transformers' cosmology, and Transformers part of Marvel's cosmology. So these 2 guys fight on common ground. The other thing of note is Unicron experience, DB stated that Unicron doesn't have an experience at fighting people big as he is, which is not true, he fought Lovecraft's elder gods and primus for millennia. Having all of this true then let's find out if this 2 have an auto-win against eachother. Let's start with Unicron, he can control Galactus with dark energon and make his slave, but galactus doesn't have a soul so he can resist this level of control. Galactus instead have 2 possible auto-win, so let's start with life bringer Galactus, this form is what made him win the death battle and it makes sense using death Battle's scale of Transformers cosmology, but since we corrected this mistake, we now have unicron the embodiment of evil fighting life bringer Galactus which is the embodiment of light, which is basically a primus vs unicron fight with the only difference being that Galactus is in primus' place, also the concept of Life never killed Unicron, he survived the exposure every time, so utilizing life bringer Galactus Isn't an auto-win, now we have the ultimate nullifier, this is pretty easy, and Like the animation did, Unicron could Just take control of the nullifier making it a non factor. So now that both characters doesn't have an auto-win we have to find out if both of them have a way to win on the outher using unconventional mean. So Unicron could deactivate the safe of the UN since he has experience on similar weapons like the Necronomicon blade which is the Transformers equivalent to the UN. Galactus instead has to find a way to trap unicron or send him away. So what way is the most probable route? Well even if Unicron has an experience with weapons as the UN he was affected by the Necronomicon blade stopping him from being a multiversal singularity, so he doesn't Remember the Blade anymore, and so it's impossible for him to even know that the UN has a failsafe, while Galactus is pretty smart so even if impossible, between the 2 routes, Galactus have more probability on taking the win. So he wins at the Moment. But if in the future the Transformers brand brings back the multiverse and the multiversal singularity, Unicron will regain his memory and so he Will be capable on eliminate the UN safe and so erase galactus. What do you think guys?
Do y'all think Galactus would've won without the nullifier and do y'all think its fair???
I think he should win with or without the Nullifier
