In today's this vlog, am serving a glass very thick healthy smoothie. It's a combination of half glass of Milk, 3 Bananas, Blueberries and one beetroot.
Have also explained the benefits beetroot, blueberries, Milk and bananas in an image format in this vlog.
Guess what all the fruits combined costed me 100Ksh that's less than a dollar.
So it's very very affordable, healthy, rich in nutrients and easy to make
