The electric guitar in the intro and the use of synths in the chorus makes it more hype and iconic enough to be a fighting game theme. I really hope this become’s Jinx theme in Project L.
Am I the only one who noticed the similarities between Jinx from League of Legends and Juri from Street Fighter? They make look crazy psychopaths who want to commit war crimes but deep down they’re also broken from the inside due to their childhood trauma, taking away their sanity.
The damnedest thing I've come to recognize is that many of the women I remember across fiction have 4-lettered names. Alma (F.E.A.R) Maya (Borderlands) Alyx (Half-Life) Cait (Fallout) Zola (Avatar) Ruby (RWBY) *_Jinx_* In turn, it gave me the idea to make an unwritten rule for my OC TTRPG: *_"the Mark of the 4th"_* *_Six sisters, Three Brothers..._* *_An outlier, 4th son..._* *_She's cursed, but must go on..._* *_...or fall like her mothers._* It's a folklore-based superstition about how women with 4-lettered names are inevitably going to have to face difficult challenges in life. *_Take a guess why I thought that was a fun idea!_*
I absolutely just love this character. She's so fucking fun to play in league. Get Jinxed is my favourite song from league now too. For Arcane, it's Playground.
l Hope she's Fun in the league fighting game 2xko, l don't Care about mobas but l love the league characters and lore, fighting games are my favorite genre of games so l can't wait to play as her and samira🥹
After listening to both a lot, I definitely prefer this version. Both the rendition and the abscence of vocals are an improvement, I've come to realize.
