New Orelans, Louisiana man Eric Brown speaks about going to Angola prison at 16 years old, Louisiana incarceration rate and more during his ChangeofplanZ interview.
You know that the highest incarceration rate has had little to no effect when the murder rate in Louisiana has been the highest of all U.S. states for the last 31 years in a row.
Louisiana incarcerates more of its own citizens than any other state. It has also been last or 2nd to last in education my entire lifetime.
Eric brown is a real solider and a good man he educated his mind and body to deal with the problem at Angola he and my son in law Robert Jones or two of the strong minded men I no to deal with that at Angola ok thanks carl Spencer

Nowadays 16-year-olds going to tell on everybody. They week and look like beyoncé. He from a different era I'm 47 and got older brother s that's in there 60. Never been to prison but I know where he coming from.
