What I was looking for was how can you tell the difference between the Cellular and GPS only Apple Watch 10 difference on the outside. Apple Watch 9 Cellular has the Red Circle but apple Watch 10 doesn’t So how can you tell the difference visually now?

I can't really spot any physical difference between the cellular and GPS model. Except for the model name, the both models look very identical.
