Turn island, take away some pantry and connect island to spot where you took away some pantry and then you have separation between kitchen and living room. Redo bunk and put washer dryer prep in main bedroom. Then put a small half bath 🛁🚿.
Don't know if you can give Highland Ridge feedback but if you can, let them know that we won't be considering this specifically because the w/d hookups are in the mid bunk. If they were in the master bedroom too we might consider it, but even if the w/d were also in the mid bunk, we would probably put it low on our list just because of the potential for the kids to mess with the water spigots.
This is why we carry different brands -- to give people choice even within a floor plan. You can see plenty of mid bunk/bonus rooms here: bit.ly/36Gwln5 Cougar/North Point/Eagle/Montana all sound like their hookups will be in your preferred location.
This is the model we have been looking for. I love the open kitchen and living space so we can be together as a family while doing meal prep. We need the mid bunk for guest sleeping and the loft for our youth. Does open range do anything other than brown interiors? Maybe a Lighter cabinet option?
This is the only look they have. They make one decor and that's it basically. They sometimes offer two fabrics, but they're so close in shade I don't know why they bother.

I'm tired of seeing many nice rv's ruined with low cabinets over the bed. Can the cabinets be taken out? My 6'2" hubby couldn't sit up comfortably in the bed & read.
Aftermarket removable of the cabinets is fine. Just as many people comment about how RVs are losing cabinetry as folks who want more cabinets removed. It's a personal preference item it seems.
Are there power plugs on the underside of the bedside tables in the bedroom slide? It looks like there might be wires on the walls leading to them, but it's hard to tell from the video.
I missed where the power cord is, and if it has power assisted retraction. Is there an option for no outdoor kitchen? We'd rather have the extra storage space.

Hi Lise! With no previous knowledge of what sort of camping goals you're looking to accomplish I'm just not sure I'm the best source to provide advisory for you. I think if you do what "feels right," then you'll be good
