THE SUMMER CLUB
Inside The Summer Club, I’ll be releasing full video workouts paced to music where I’m doing every rep alongside you.
From June 17 through Aug 30, a new workout will release to Summer Club members every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and they last about 25 minutes so they can be done when it’s convenient to you each day.
That means it’s 11 weeks long, so 33 exclusive workouts in total!
