    In Dematel method, the Value with Highest Ri+Ci value (Process Energy) is most influential. It means it has most relative-ness with respect to other responses. Even the Ri - Ci value with highest value (Process time) also influence response that effect all other responses. So Process Energy and Process time influence a lot on Green EDM process.

    Vitarka! It was great. Recently I have learned the ISM method. When I was reading papers I figured out many authors used this method "Dematel "as a supplementary method with ISM. I thought it would be a complicated method but now you have changed my mind about it. Thanks a lot. I am excited and feel very confident to apply this method with a lot of criteria.

    Thank you for this great video. I have a question: At the end you calculated Alpha as the average of all the values of Total Relation Matrix and compared each value against it. I have not found this step in any published work yet. Since I need to show reference for this step in my work, could you please share the names of few publications where this step is used.

      @@Vitarka causes and effects are identified from the D-R values directly (positive D-R means cause, negative D-R means effect).

      Yep but when we need to show on interrelationships diagram ? Then definitely we need to use alpha value as base .

    Thank you for the good explanation and method that you provided, but I did not understandٌ what is usage of "Cause" and "Effect"? You did not mention the need to determine these words and what impact they will have on the result.. In the end, only the elements of the matrix are compared with the alpha value and the correlations are determined... If possible, plz explain about these words and requirement of determining them and their usage. thank you again

      I have cited the reference paper where I have taken this example for explaining the mathematical calculations. Could you please refer that reference paper so that you can get why the cause and effect are used.

      @@Vitarka Thank you very much. I wanted to use Dematel to determine relationships in the ANP method. What I saw in your video and many articles was that this method only considers the relationships between criteria and it ignores the effects that alternatives (of ANP) can have on the criteria. What solution can be suggested for this problem? Is it possible to bring the alternative as well as the criteria in the comparison matrix of Dematel? In this case, how will the scoring be?

      @@sobhshab4732 For the alternatives selection you can use other method like TOPSIS or WASPAS etc., Regarding the scoring I cant able to answer it.
