I do these and rather than tying each balloon one at a time, I blow up one balloon and hold it in one hand, blow another balloon with the other and tie them onto each other. Saves from having to tie each one and then tying them together. I just use 2 different colors and one is bigger than the other. I have a timer. I just take one off sooner than the other and tie together. Thought this might help.

Quick advice to save loads of time. Inflate 2 balloons at the same time and tie two together instead of one at a time and then tying them together.Great job!

I didn't read all the comments - but just so you know - there are "Balloon Tie" devices - cheap at party store that will save your fingers. Also - I use a glue gun on low temp... super easy and I don't make clusters... just glue them together. My last arch I added mylar balloons and they looked awesome! Love your arch! Great job.

I’ve been seeing these beautiful pastel balloon garlands and through my research I discovered that they were double stuffed (white on top of a colored balloon). I wanted to know your opinion on it. Courtney Dudley thank you! My first thought goes to renting/making a backdrop stand and hang it from there. Second option is how is the ceiling at your venue. If it’s a drop ceiling, you can tie fishing line to the ceiling and then hang your garland that way.

minerva collazo thank you! Yes, you absolutely can, I found that low heat glue gun works amazing on balloons, they don’t fall off and you can build up more and more balloons with out having a fear they will fall off.
