11/04/2024: Mamie's Chicken and Rice served with Buttered and Seasoned Canned Green Beans

Every family has to have some version of chicken and rice in their recipe collection and this is ours. It is very flavorful yet simple to make. Throw in a vegetable, and you have a complete meal fit for any family dinner. P.S.: It's inexpensive, too. :)
