Hey Tom, Still remember the time I had you over to the house around 1986-87 for a guitar lesson. I remember putting on the Newest Yngwie at that time, his 4th album. It was track one, song one and then when I stopped the recording, you played it right back to me note for note, blew my mind and obviously, I still remember it to this day! WOW!! Wishing you the best my friend NOW, Forever and Always!!
This one is in my top 10.. the moods you go thru (that stream of consciousness thing, maybe).. best 'thin-line tele' I've ever heard. Cheers from Bugtustle!
I can watch this over and over again. Ever think about which last song you’ll ever listen to? This one is in the conversation for me. Seriously beautiful, uncle Larry. Thank you.
I'm an old dude and only recently became familiar with your playing, but it has inspired me and reinvigorated my interest in getting my playing to the next level. Thank you.
Incredibly beautiful playing Tom, I love that way to aren’t a country player, you are an incredibly musical guitar player. You are a credit to the art. Much respect.
Sounds sweet! I grew up in Lakewood and am friends with Bob Gatewood. Moved to TX prior to Calibash so never saw the band perform, but he told me about your amazing playing.
I hear so many little moments of pedal steel in this. Great use of the bender to get that out of it Tom. Really pretty and pulling at the emotional senses. The technical aspect of you did it was not even something that occurred to me when listening.
You'vea beautifully expressive touch. Before watching you I'd only really been aware of such possibilities through watching Jeff Beck. I've very glad to have come across you.
Come a thousand miles to the "Guitar Town" ! Tom, you my friend are one " Bad Ass" musician ! I salute you man ! I would never put down that axe ......
does that have a B-bender on it? oh geez man, you're the most versatile player on the planet sir! love your playing my friend.Thank you again for the experiences you create!
Tom, I love your show, your insights on playing which are so much better than "here's how you play xyz". I hope this masters course never ends. I was wondering how many people get your reference to "Uncle Lar or 'Lil Tommy" who are not from the mid west and didn't grow up listening to WLS - The Big 89 back in the day. Keep up the great work and thanks, Michael.
So beautiful! Mind blown. Not technically difficult but few have that ear and sense of time and melody. And the phrasing is magic. Must be nice to be able to explore, create and entertain yourself without accompaniment.
The way you create that melody and walk down at :51. I want to be able to play like this. Do you visualize a chord and then work around it? Do you stay in a key? How do you determine the way you phrase a walk-down? I love your playing, sounds like a sweet slide, soulful, smooth, dynamic. I'm in love. ok I'm done.
I have the same model. It appears that you have switched the neck pup from the black covered P90. You have inspired me to dig mine out! I can hear the familiar clicks of the Multibender levers. I wonder how to overcome for recording!
Hi Tom! Do you see any parts on the Multibender itself that would make it "right handed"? I'm a lefty and having trouble finding out details. BTW Duesenberg is sold out now thanks to your video. Thanks!!
If I took red hot coat hangers and burned hieroglyphs into my brain... I might be able to ape this guy. Man, serious now. The depth of the well he's pulling from... far out.
Tom, what’s your favorite key to play in? At first I thought maybe F, though now I really think it’s G? I may be way off. Anyway, thanks again for taking me back to the magic!
Beautiful playing!! I am gonna watch this many times now!!
For my money - Toms the guitar player who sings from the promised land where a note is never wasted ❤️

He is Phenomenal.
Little Tommy Bukovac from Cleveland if you made a album with just this kind of content you would sell millions !
I've only watched this about 800 times....
This is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard on a single guitar.
Yes. Agreed.
Damn, I've heard and seen you play on a lot of videos, but this fucking stunning! Holy shit that was phenomenal!
Every player watching this feels like one of the apes at the monolith in Kubrick’s “2001”
Lol, that is probably the funniest thing I've read all day... True :)
I do too accept my fingers aren't quite as long as their's. LOL
HA HA !! awesome comment...
Speak for yourself
Epic underated comment
On the lookout for that Duesenberg double cat multi-bender like Ralphie and his red rider BB gun. “You’ll wear your fingers out kid!”
Sus chords, that's what gets me in the feels. Turns music into emotion
Oh bloody hell. How good is this bloke.
Holy benders Batman! That was gorgeous.
I could put this on a loop and listen to it all day everyday.
This one is in my top 10.. the moods you go thru (that stream of consciousness thing, maybe).. best 'thin-line tele' I've ever heard. Cheers from Bugtustle!

You'vea beautifully expressive touch. Before watching you I'd only really been aware of such possibilities through watching Jeff Beck. I've very glad to have come across you.
So unique. So inspired. The most beautiful and creative playing you've posted so far, IMO. Drew me in the same way that Bill Frisell does.
Killing it.

UA-cam really needs a "love" button...
Man thoose Duesenberg trems work like magic, better than the Bigbys imo
Awesome. That tee looks scratchy.
hey Tom.. would like to here your take on Jeff Becks. as we ended as lovers,,and ,, never met a Tom i didnt like
I could listen to an albums worth of this. Please.
Love this! When you play at stage volume, can you hear the benders click through the amp?
Tom do you usually play in standard tuning with the multibender or open tunings as well? (recently got a Duesenberg w bender, so just curious)
Id be on a long bender to get that bender technique 👌
The way you create that melody and walk down at :51. I want to be able to play like this. Do you visualize a chord and then work around it? Do you stay in a key? ok and then the walk ups. I hear a different emphasis every time I listen through.
I have the same model. It appears that you have switched the neck pup from the black covered P90. You have inspired me to dig mine out! I can hear the familiar clicks of the Multibender levers. I wonder how to overcome for recording!
Awesome
Sounds just like pedalsteel
Normal tuning?
Wow! Do you have both levers set to a whole step? thanks
Just fantastic. Please, how can I get this axe? I never knew such a thing existed outside the strap-style Bender...
What reverb pedal do you use
B-bender? Which model? Any recommendations? did you install?
Hi Tom! Do you see any parts on the Multibender itself that would make it "right handed"? I'm a lefty and having trouble finding out details. BTW Duesenberg is sold out now thanks to your video. Thanks!!
Five minutes of frig right off.
If I took red hot coat hangers and burned hieroglyphs into my brain... I might be able to ape this guy. Man, serious now. The depth of the well he's pulling from... far out.
Is this just standard tuning with bender set to whole step on the G and B?
Tom,
Ultra musical.
What bender are you using?
Tom, what’s your favorite key to play in? At first I thought maybe F, though now I really think it’s G? I may be way off. Anyway, thanks again for taking me back to the magic!
He often mention his favorite key is B
