I Think for wear and tear allowance this rate you identified is for previous rate 0n 2019 we have new rate
CLASSI 25%, CLASS II 25%, CLASSIII 25%, CLASS IV 10%, CLASS V 10%

@Nkurunziza Correct just a correction again we only have 2 classes for WTA now, class A & B. This video was before the changes 😊😊.
