- EDDY GORDO is the first official DLC character for TEKKEN 8! With this character being more on the intermediate/advanced side of TEKKEN, I decided to do a guide to help you learn the character!

Note: I forgot to add the heat smash in but the damage is 55 and seems to be pretty good. The move is also +6 on block with Eddy going into Negativa stance. It also does +14 against the wall causing wall crush state. Chip damage is 16.

Really great job given how early it is! A few things I'll add: Ws+4,4 is natural i11 punisher. B+1 and df+1 seem to track both ways, which is nuts. Uf+2 is his evasion mid punch which guarantees f+3+4. I'm sure there's lots more to discover!

I haven’t tried him in tanked yet he’s pretty easy to use, even his combos but I’ve noticed his damage is terrible 😂 it’s only day one but I’m sure I’ll figure out some optimal combos soon

I never seen a only one button combo. Does all characters have a only one button combo? If so can y'all tell me how to find it? Is it the W thing people say? I wanna know Leroy's, Steve's, Devil Jin's, King's, and Feng's
Not all characters have one, so far I think only eddy which is using 3 and victor which is using 2

I never learned Eddy in previous games but even i feel like he's been held down.
And also the relax stance doesn't avoid highs or mids. Totally defeating the purpose of stance. On this bases they should nerf AOP

Why do I have notes that I'm reading?
Because the character came out for an hour and I researched what stuff has changed and what stuff would be viable to teach new players how to get into the game.
The guide has timestamps, sections, easy combos, key moves etc within an hour of character release and you want me to write on screen what I am already talking about. Go and nitpick elsewhere.
