    the face and height is all that matters.... every girlfriend i have ever had, started the conversation saying how much she likes my face.
    i was tall and skinny, then i went the gym brainwash cult for some years got some muscles... but girls every girl i had something with talked about my face and sometimes how tall i was. NEVER one woman mentioned something about muscles.... not even 1!

      Yes, Face is #1. Height only really matters in so far as that you are least equal to her height but preferably 2-5 inches taller. There is nothing unnatural about that, but you don't have to be 6 feet tall. There is something to be said both by the guy's desire but also the girl's desire, that you can literally "pick up your own girlfriend" in your hand and toss her in the bed and have your way with her. So as far as height or body form is concerned, that of course is completely natural. It only would make sense that a girl wants a guy over 6 feet tall, if she herself is around 6 Feet Tall, like some Scandinavian and Dutch Women. Also in that case, it is biologically natural because such Women would want to also create the continuity of offspring to carry Tall Genetics on both sides of the family, but that has always been a part of their genetic makeup specifically. Not for all other peoples.

    The funny thing about these studies linking exercise to longevity is that they most of the time look at "moderate exercise" that is healthy. Moderate as in 10-15 minutes of daily activity, like walking around etc. That's not 12.000 steps, that's more like 4k maybe, which is probably fine. What a revelation lying in bed 24:7 doing absolutely nothing is unhealthy, sure it is but who does that? -Yeah the people ordering fast food and getting fatter and fatter. Humans have a natural drive(being bored) to "do" something it's just that this drive got ruined by social media and idiotic influencers like that guy. And now no one listens to their bodies and does stupid work out routines, jogging on concrete ruining their joints or lifting weights lowering their testosterone and decreasing their life span by stressing their bodies...

    I never really got into bodybuilding, I've maybe only been to a gym about 15 or so times in my life ever from being "forced" by friends. But I can tell you something about one guy I used to be friends with who was 6'4" and MASSIVELY built. He never got compliments or attention from girls whatsoever from his gains. Now he wasn't "bad" looking, but kind of average I would say looks-wise, maybe a 5 or 6. In any case, the muscles he built and his height got him nowhere. At best, he ended up landing some SJW girl with really bad acne who was overweight and worked in an Outreach Program for Minorities. Guess what happened to him? After it didn't work out between them both, she accused him of gr@pe and I had to help testify for his innocence. But the court still sided with the girl. Muscles do nothing for a guy. And in any case where they ever do, it's only because the girls want to show off to their other girlfriends that they got a trophy. It doesn't mean she actually likes the aesthetic on you personally or is into "you" for "you", as is the case with real love and attraction. Are there some girls who may find a little bit of muscle attractive!? Sure there are, but typically only muscle build that they were naturally genetically born with or acquire in their line of work. Not from Body building. In any case, obsession with muscles in truest sense for Women is not that common and it's not a priority to them over a guy's face and skin quality / quality genetics. Most girls do not like 6 packs on Men. They do like a defined form somewhat in the abs, not not the excessive chisel. Similarly, us Men do not like 6 pack abs on girls. Men need to understand that a lot of times what Women claim they like in a Man, is on the basis of not her own attraction, but following the herd. Women decide a Man being attractive on the basis of other hordes of Women who want him, or based on a trendy dress style, or today, how muscle fitness is big. But the thing is, she isn't really into that guy for him or directly. So it's not a true or authentic attraction. When attraction is true and real, she doesn't care how much muscle you have or not, and doesn't care how many girls like you or not, or whether you wear name brand clothing and so forth, or what type of car you drive. Things which are all meaningless.

When I grew up there was much more social stigma for being the Black Sheep compared to today. So I really strongly suggest the youth to rebel against this system because the options to do so are much more easier now than they were back then in some ways, but not others! I very much agree. I am what many would consider "muscular" at currently 215 lbs. The muscles themselves have never helped me in any way, and I can't think of the last compliment I ever got. Funny thing is after not training so far for about half a year, I've kept a lot of my gains from the gym. I read articles upon articles of pages using scare tactics saying "After not training for 3 weeks you will begin to lose muscle mass." BS, what you've built will stay for way longer assuming you're not doing crazy fasting lol.

    • @prussiansocietyofamerica
      @prussiansocietyofamerica Рік тому +2

      @@hunterhedwall2220 Actually there are numerous factors on what maintains muscle mass (aka muscle memory). First and Foremost are if the genetics are common for large muscle / build on one's family. Secondly, the longer someone has been physically active or training ,especially from early on. Thirdly, would be how often one has access to being able to highly keep their bloodstream oxygenized, especially between clean air, water and food. This is a lot more difficult in modern times. Most people who start weightlifting / bodybuilding later in life, will have a hard time keeping muscle gains if they quit the gym in exactly about 2-3 weeks. Even a short respiratory illness, will erases months and months of gains. This is why it's just not feasible or sustainable. Getting sick means your whole regimen is thrown off, and you have to rebuild all over again. Even a vacation trip or binge of partying can throw many months of muscle building out the window. It's not worth it to maintain this strength. With long-term or chronic illnesses for someone, it's even worse. Muscle Mass is mostly maintained only by high oxygenation transport throughout the blood and muscle systems. The steroids achieve maintaining muscle mass by artificially having the body hold in excess water retention.

    But this notion of ''good genes'' is also false. Genes being good has nothing necessarily to do with beauty standards. The aboriginals in Australia are short, have large protruding neanderthal-like foreheads and very wide noses, characteristics which together are seen a unattractive by western beauty standards. But the reason they look like that is because they adapted to the harsh conditions of the Australian outback (for example: wide noses are better adapted to hot very dry air), which by definition means that you have ''good genes''. If your grandpa or grandpa is an aboriginal then you would have inherited some or most of those characteristics...thereby being seen as having 'bad genes' by internet Bros and arm chair geneticists....which is of course utter nonsense.

    I just came across your channel and am learning your views but with regard to testosterone, I was an rabid gym rat who, as I've come to learn even prior to your channel, that I overstressed my body to a major and damaging degree. However my free T levels skyrocketed to over 1100 when I was 57 and my doc had called after a biometric screening to stop taking TRT. I was not. Maybe I'm an outlier and would appreciate your views regarding this.

    Hello Sv3rige, good content :) You complain about most videos that they dont offer any proof. I have never seen you do that either. Could you make a video where you convey evidence to back up your claims? Take care and good luck with the kid!
