"Top 10 Inazuma Eleven Hissatsu Moves" (All Series)
the actor who played jotaro in the jojo live action absolutely nailed the character he even rocked the wardrobe
Tbh, he's the only good part of that movie.
Ngl, I loved the live action, it was good
@@friedramenegg6046 josuke was good but too much detailing was not good and koichi idk how they made him from 4feet to 6feet
@@apoorvsingh3395 lol, koichi was still shorter then yukako which was funny, and to make josuke taller he had those heals on, keicho was probably the best visuals for me
Where can I watch it for free?
Rurouni Kenshin is one of best live action anime to date
True facts!
Nah.
Cutie Honey tho, having Anno at the helm really works seeing as how he's a Tokusatsu nerd
That is a live action everybody knows about.
On par with the Death Note live action
@@Athrun000 nah, they changed death note KIRA to L as main character, totally a failed one
Gintama's live action movies, somehow, managed to break the rule. It was actually a watchable movie. Dare I say, enjoyable. The exception to every rule is Gintama.
*Rurouni Kenshin starts to peak its head in*
*Gintoki starts stomping on it:* "Haven't you ever heard of sharing the space? As a senpai, you should know that sharing is caring, so all of the spotlight should go to us for now!"
I recommend Ajin, Inuyashiki, Blade of the Immortal, Rurouni Kenshin, The Fable, I am A Hero, Always Sanchome no Yuuhi (modern classic, won Japanese Academy Award including best picture), Kingdom (got nominated in the 43rd Japanese Academy Awards including best picture). All of those movies proved that good live action anime/manga is possible
I really enjoyed the live action death note movie ( the japanese one )
@@MegaShingo97 Didn't know about that one! Thought it was only garbage US one, Thx for heads up!
I FOUND YOU AGAIN?!
Gintama nails it because:
all the good scenes are good.
all the bad scens are intentional humor/trolling.
that's why Action Comedy always work, Deadpool, the Joker, Jackie Chan earlier movies, and Gintama all share the same spirit.
You forgot :
- jojo's bizzare adventures: diamond is unbreakable
- anohana
- ajin demi human
- your lie in april
- i want eat your pancreas
- fullmetal alchemist
- from me to you
- Kakegurui
- corpse party
Rurouni Kenshin
I want to eat your pancreas is an original movie later it was turned into anime.
Nah Corpse Party is been f***** up... Kakegurui is fine but some scenes are too cringe. Fullmetal has just bland casts(even I'm a big fan if Yamada-kun 😣)
Yatterman (also from Takashi Miike, responsible for TerraforMars)
Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro
Mob Psycho 100
The live action Sailor Moon is an adaptation that is actually on the same par as both the manga AND anime. The story is so good and I feel like everyone should watch it.
How much TnA tho?
I agree 100% I don’t think it deserves all the hate I actually really enjoyed it and I was so young when I saw the anime But had recently got into it again because I actually wanted to know more of the original story you can pair it from straight English to it it doesn’t make sense but it’s more towards the manga
Even if the story is good u can't see the movie after seeing the anime and if u didn't see the anime u'll drop the movie with that level of production
The story is quite good, honestly. It can be seen how all the girls grew as actresses through the show. The music is also really good and catchy.
Fun fact: Usagi's and Tuxedo Mask's actors from the live action vers later starred as two of the Ryusoul masters in the 43rd Toei Sentai, Ryusoulger.
There are some live action that i actually liked.
1. Rurouni Kenshin series.
2. Bleach.
3. Death Note series.
4. Alice in Borderland.
5. Gintama series.
6. Kiss Him not me.
7. Kimi ni Todoke.
8. Your lie in April.
9. Nodame Cantabile.
Straight up the live action deathnote films in Japan were actually pretty good
@@14vatochongo yup. They followed their own story yet it was satisfying to see. I honestly like the movie's ending more than the anime.
@@RJpopper uh I don’t know if I agree if the live action ending was better but ya I do agree they did their own thing with it and it worked. Did you get around to watching L change the world or the 4th movie?
@@14vatochongo *spoiler* i actually liked it more because L was the one who was able to solve the case. The anime made so mad by killing L.
@@14vatochongo haven't watched L but I have watched the 4th movie. It was pretty okay too.
I really enjoyed the Gintama and Rurouni Kenshin live action versions. To me, they showed the characters respect.
yeah Gintama one of manga or anime who can adapt to live action perfect because the potential joke they can pull with live action adaptation
got to give credit to Parasyte 1&2 too. it's great live action movie.
can't say i like how they make Kenshin just parkout all over the place and really good at hand-to-hand combat in the live action though. Too depend on the sword is kinda his weakness in the manga.
The Gintama one is actually pretty good.
Yeah it's a pretty good adaption of the Benizakura Arc aka the first true serious Arc in Gintama.
Oh wow, just seeing how old they are makes me think it’s the Promised Neverland season 15
I didn't like the live-action The Promised Neverland film, but yeah I will it admit it was better then the travesty that was TPN: S2 then again actually being better then TPN: S2 isn't that big or impressive of a feat, due to how bad S2 sucked.
@@derrickhaggard I really liked the promised neverland live action. I think it did what it could with the source material it was given. Also the movie is visually stunning too.
Honestly, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon is a great adaptation of the Dark Kingdom arc. I think most people are turned away from it due to the cheesy acting and low quality special effects. But the story itself is hella engaging, and even heart-wrenching in some parts. I really wish that it would get an official US release with an official English sub so that more Sailor Moon fans can see it.
It won't happen sadly
The creator of sailormoon, Naoko Takeuchi . Really hated the TV show
Honestly I enjoyed it until they introduced "Sailor Luna". then it just got incredibly weird.
Some advice. Watch the live versions before the anime if you can. You'll appreciate them more for what they are instead of constantly comparing them to the anime and feeling let down. The anime will then feel like an extended directors cut when you finally watch it, making it even better.
Cromartie High was actually pretty good for a live action.
fun fact about the Tokyo Revengers Live Action, the film was actually set to premiere last year of October but it was postponed due to the pandemic situation :>
Live actions of Ajin, Inuyashiki, Blade of the Immortal, Rurouni Kenshin, The Fable, I am Hero, Always Sanchome no Yuuhi (modern classic, won Japanese Academy Award including best picture), Kingdom (got nominated in the 43rd Japanese Academy Awards including best picture) proves that yes, great live action anime/manga adaptations are possible
Top 20 anime’s you wish didn’t have live Action Adaptions
Initial D.
David Paulo Initial D did have a film from Korea.
@@DigiPen92 it's Hong Kong. And objectively, I didn't like it.
But initial D is also based on real life cars, so why not do a live action of it?
@@lentostinato it was too compressed. Basically compressed stages 1-3 in one movie.
If you watched the Gintama anime, they mentioned the live action version. Also they had played some gags using the fact that a live action adaptation was made and which actors played who.
This title is only fit for non anime fans, because the rest of us know
Hollywood also make anime adaptation movies too such as
Ghost in the Shell
Black Swan
Edge of Tommorow
Battle of Alita
As a kid, the live action of sailor moon was sooo cool. I would watch it over and over again. Then I grew up learning it was an anime, but I still can't get over the live action.
‘JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable.’
‘Assassination Classroom.’
‘Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.’
What about death note (not the Netflix version)
The 2-part Assassination Classroom adaption film series was pretty good, for example the 2nd part Assassination Classroom: Graduation like the anime made me cry during a certain death scene.
@@derrickhaggard for me tokyo ghoul
These 3 are famous so no need to be part of this list.
Gintama, Bleach and Erased were both pretty good (though I haven't seen the second Gintama movie yet) and I can't wait for the Bungo Stray Dogs live action film too
I read/watched the manga, anime and live action for Erased, and I agree, though I thought that the anime did the middle portion a whole lot better, (though the anime completely bunged the ending) My preferred method of rewatching the series is to watch the live-action when Satoru is an adult and flip to the anime during the Revivals
Top 10 best Batman-inspired characters.
Tokyo revengers live action seem to be doing amazing in japan
Already grossed 4 billion yen=around 40 million us dollar
Title : The Unstoppable Anime All-Stars
Main Characters Live Action Actors Wishlist :
1.Naruto Uzumaki(Naruto) = Oakes Fegley
2.Izuku Midoriya(My Hero Academia) = Tom Holland
3.Monkey D Luffy(One Piece) = Inaki Godoy
4.Ichigo Kurosaki(Bleach) = Sota Fukushi
5.Tanjiro Kamado(Demon Slayer) = Manny Jacinto
6.Asta(Black Clover) =Yuki Furukawa
7.Akame(Akame Ga Kill) = Cho Yi-Hyun
8.Asuna Yuuki(Sword Art Online) = Rowan Blanchard
9.Emilia(Re Zero) = Penelope Cruz
10.Megumin(Konosuba) = Emma Stone
11.Maka Albarn(Soul Eater) = Olivia Holt
12.Shinoa Hiiragi(Seraph Of The End) = Maki Horikita
I love how Japanese live action cast don't even attempt to look like the characters or even have a key component to look like that specific character.
The best live action anime ever is “Rurouni Kenshin” no 🧢
Kimi ni todoke has a live adaptation too which is surprisingly really good, same with ReLife
I love live action Death Note Devilman and Black Butler! Hiro Mizushima was perfect as Sebastian Michaelis.
This list just goes to show that most anime shouldn't be adapted to live action
More like shounen mangas. Majority of the bad live action adaptations are of big action shounen mangas while more grounded ones and shoujo mangas tend to do well, in Live action, case in point, Hana yori Dango with it's numerous adaptations.
Rurouni Kenshin is shounen, yet it's a great live action.
Those shows that have a lot of "magic" shouldn't have a live action. DBZ or AOT for example.
@@ianlancesuficiencia2253 Eh if they had a bigger budget DBZ could be done right. Hell just watch the 4th Matric movie...that was basically a DBZ fight in the end.
Amazon Prime has a live-action Hellsing movie in the works and from what I've been hearing about it, and reading about it looks like they're going with a British cast for central characters Alucard, Seras, Walter, and Integra along with the plot adapting primarily the manga/Hellsing Ultimate.
For some reason, I registered that as Hellboy, and wondered what was so special about it since we've already had several of those. Good that they're going the British cast route. I wouldn't put it past them to set it in America and give everyone Brooklyn accents, with the way a lot of live action adaptations have been.
@@ichigoeater Well Hellsing/Hellsing Ultimate is set for the most part in London England so a British cast playing the central roles of Alucard, Seras, Walter, and Integra is a smart call that Amazon made.
@@derrickhaggard Yeah, but like I said. American setting, Brooklyn accent. Wouldn't put it past them. They've done it before. 😒 Maybe this means Amazon's adaptations would be more faithful to the source material than certain OTHER companies.
Ooh, I'll be looking for that
I actually appreciate adaptations that try to stick to the source as close as possible. Very rarely do they succeed when they don't (The Boys, The MCU, DCEU), but Prison School and Alita were fun watches to me. GITS actually tried to mix the movie and series plots somewhat fairly, but not quite there (plus the Scarlet Johansson casting controversy; I still support the android body theory).
the girl from ghost in shell shouldve been japanese not white.
Just so you'll know I seen the live action adaptation of JJBA: Diamond is Unbreakable Ch. 1 and I really love it! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's an anime or Jojo fan!
Edit: Huh? Why isn't that film on the list?
Jotaro Kujo:”Yare yare daze.”
can we all just agree the tokyo ghoul live actions (especially the first one) were incredible?
Parasyte's live action was pretty good, despite a few changes. Prison School's live action, was fairly accurate from anime.
Also, you forgot Attack on Titan's live action adaptation.
It's about anime you didn't realize they made live actions for. AOT was widely publicized. Full metal alchemist, bleach, and deathnote were all on netflix.
Actually, AOT live action should be forgotten 😂
@@dtgiabao9915 Maybe, but it still got an adaptation my point saying.
The kenshin movies were the best imo...
I agree.
Exactly all of em were amazing.
I recommend Live actions of Ajin, Inuyashiki, Blade of the Immortal, Rurouni Kenshin, The Fable, I am Hero, Always Sanchome no Yuuhi (modern classic, won Japanese Academy Award including best picture), Kingdom (got nominated in the 43rd Japanese Academy Awards including best picture)
You forgot:
*Chormartie High School
*Ranma 1/2
*Maison Ikkoku
*Golgo 13
*Lupin III
*Gundam
*Kite
*Casshan
*Speed Racer
*Guyver
*Fist Of The North Star
Anyone who don't announce cutie honey your momma is a......
I love how this list featured Kanna Hashimoto more than once. ♥
I love how over 50% comments talking about PGSm
We should all pretend that the live action Devilman movie doesn’t exist
Those effects are on par with Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. Maybe worse.
@@Brotherofthe4thCompany this is so true, that I almost believe that the director of Devilman took notes from Annihilation
School-live also has a live-action adaptation
Hey, Pyshic Kusuo and Gintama were both directed by Fukuda Yuichi, his manga to live adaptation of Blue Blazes, Nietsze Sensei were also good plus Yuusha Yoshihiko, I admire the low budget stuff
Anime’s that Ididn’t know had adaptations:
Inuyashiki
Promise Neverland
Great Teacher
Another
Highschool boys
Is not just the movies, Higurashi also has a live action drama serie with different actors.
Hopefully that future live adaptations will turn out better.
I really want them to English dub the live action Jo Jo‘s movie, assassination classroom, tpn, and lots more
16:25 ‘guess tonight’s the night b*tches’
I just randomly looked up Tokyo Revengers & I found out that as of this video's release, the anime ended 2 days ago
What I’m sad now I actually like it
i actually find the live action netflix drama version of erased better then the anime. it follows the manga. the ending was miles better then the animes ending.
Live action TSKR is probably one of THE best live action adaptation.
WOW, I never knew that they actually made a live action of dragon ball in the 90's damn Mojo will give you every detail bravo👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
We at Gintama fans united stay eating
Thr Rurouni Kenshin films are amazing
Amazing video of live action adaptation of very popular anime out there watch mojo, fantastic job.
My god... I suddenly imagined a Live Action Darling in the Franxx
I…….don’t know how to feel about this.
Did you know that Tokyo revengers 2 is coming in January we see Baji kazutora chifuyu and in the trailer live action movie
Lupin 3rd should be on this list because I had no idea this was adapted😹
At least, Erased does get a decent live adaptation which is the 2017 J-Drama because it is much more faithful to the source material.
Guys this video is great and all but i think it's a crime not mentionning one of the best anime adaptations out there: Mugen no Junin aka Blade of The Immortal i mean it's been directed by Takashi Miike for god's sake! and it's a good one at least since most of the works of Takashi Miike are Manga/Anime based there is Ichi the Killer, Jojo Bizzare Adventure to name a few. Some other movies that are non Miike's work you didn't mentioned in the video like Full Metal Alchemist even City Hunter is adapted by french cinema and yes Bleach has a live action flick too !!.
Kaiji: the OG Squid Game🤣
I did not expecting that the tpn has a real life version
Other honorable mentions:
- Gokusen
- Boku ra Gaita
- Yatterman
- Ouran High School Host Club
- Hana Yori Dango
- City Hunter
More honorable mentions
- Initial D
- You're lie in April
- March comes like a lion
I kinda wish Japan would do the Hollywood treatment in their movies.
Inuyashiki was pretty good, have you guys even watched it?
If they made a live action asobi asobase, then I'll be very surprised
The original GTO live action do have nanako Matsushima in her prime. I hope I got the name right
No cutie honey?
I've only seen a couple of these, to be honest. The live action GTO and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon were both (in my opinion) deliciously cheesy. XD I'm surprised that the Ruroni Kenshin and Attack On Titan adaptations didn't make this list.
I'm just gonna go head and assume Tatsuya Fujiwara is literally everywhere. If I saw him behind the counter at my loval McDonald's I wouldnt eben be surprised at this pont
The higurashi live action movies are a pain to find now. Someone give these a blu ray release in the U S. They're decent low budget horror films. The second one looks nicer though.
Kakegurui live action for me is great. And also the Sailor Moon.
“Hikaru No Go” was also made into a live action series. It’s a Chinese production. I can’t say whether it’s good or bad as I’ve never watched it.
Well in that case they also should put Initial D and City Hunter to the mix if they counted asian adaptations outside japan.
Like Ryo Yoshizawa roles
He was awesome in Kamen Rider Fourze, Gintama and Kingdom. Can't wait to see him as Mikey
Live Action Kakegurui. i can't get enough of that series.
I hope the next Live Action Dragon Ball movie is actually good
Y’all, forgot about the Guyver & Fist of the North Star adaptations.
used to be that live action adaptation of anime are awkward but rurouni kenshin raised the bar
Liked and am watching!!
Great teacher onizuka remains the best live-action I have ever seen.
Ash, I'm surprised you didn't mention the live action version of Casshern or Gatchaman. Sadly, I own that Dragon Ball movie...on VHS 😭😭
Wait, you did a whole list of anime live-action adaptations, and you didn't even list "Space Battleship Yamato"????
Really these Live actions are so Underrated 😮
There's also You Lie April and a Detective Conan TV Series
I can't believe they made the same video twice.
Some of the anime live action adaptation that i really like
DeathNote (not the Netflix)
I Am a Hero
Attack on Titan
Meitantei Conan
Bleach
Fullmetal Alchemist
Well maybe it's gonna be a very long list, so yeah I love all anime live action adaptation 🤣
Thanks for this list!!!
these live actions are much better than netflix
‘Prison School.’
Based on the original, popular manga series.
What the heck, Love is War has a Live Action film, it's early for that.
Something that was wrong about the live-action adaptation of "Assassination Classroom" is that the character of "Toka Yada" was played by an actress who wasn't didn't had large breasts.
Gintama is free on UA-cam
tokyo revengers was supposed to come out in 2020 before the anime started but got delayed
Can't belive 'Grand Blue Live Action' didn't make it in this list, does this mean it a success ? And I will never unsee that 'DargonBall life action', can't belive that there was an adaptation before 'Evolution'.
I imagine Anime species to be like this in real life
actually seen many live action 1st. Didn't know based on anime or manga until later. Like gto, hana yori dango ( japan)/ meteor garden( taiwan1st ) / boys over flower ( korea), gintama, gokusen( similar to gto but female sensei whose student actors rose to fame), mop girl, black butler, mei's butler ( same butler actor) detective conan liked the anime better, live action prequel stil in hs. Nana& alice, blade of immortal, ( that lil girl, hana sugisaki, also in bleach and boys over flower2) kihgdom, death note, from today its my turn, ruouni k, assass classroom.
ajin demi-human is great, please include that in the list too.
assassination classroom actually looks good, great, i'll watch it
Not a very big deal, but still... "Meiko Shiraki" was portrayed by an actress who wasn't very busty.
Bleach? Rurouni Kenshin? Death Note?
and coming soon Cowboy Bebop.
Wotakoi also had a live adaptation
Honorable mention Bleach did a live action that was pretty good
