6:45 egg cabbage stirfry - scramble eggs, remove, then fry garlic & spring onions, then chopped cabbage and carrot. saute until soft, then add soy sauce and oyster sauce + salt. stir scrambled eggs back in, and drizzle sesame oil to fin.
I love 包菜, literally the only vege I ate during the Shanghai lockdown, all my neighbors hate them so they keep giving it to me 😂 it taste so good just by stir fry it with small dried shrimp, or fresh shrimps will works too.
