"Home" has never been confined to a physical space for me.Having that fact back in my mind every time is scary and unsettling and I hate how it takes a toll on my self-esteem. Now, every other place except for "home" feels more like home to me than any structural house, which is the good part though! I search for home in the people I love, in the realm of my imagination, in the sky filled with endless imagery! Anything that sparks hope within me is a home to me. It was the exact opposite for me. I recently came out of the country, and now it feels like I lost my identity. I dont even know what is home or where's home anymore. Oh i feel it, i remember those days where i felt embarrassed to bring any of my friend to my home( dera) where me and my family used to live in one tiny room that had kitchen in one corner, one full bed in the other corner and one steel cabinet along with big table that was attached right to the bed where we had small tv. Talking about TV i still remember the day when my step dad brought color tv for the first time. Oh god those were the days , we had little but was happy! I felt this song, the struggle of not having own house and struggle to move place to place was real pain . On top of that pain to see your parents trying different gigs or work to fulfil your family needs hits different. But hey good thing is because of these all i am where i am today! I feel blessed every day for getting to see struggle and real world without which my life won’t be as successful. Each Chapters has brought lots of memories, now this chapter "Timle kahile Ghar Sareko chau", it reminded me of my childhood, where we had to shift different home years after year and specially one place where we (I alongwith my 3 sisters and mom) stayed in one small room with Gas Stove, utensils and one Bed. i loved my grandma to death. she was my best friend since childhood, we shared stories and even drinks. unfortunately she passed away suddenly and I wasn't with her in her last moments and this has punched a void in me which will never be filled. its only cause "malai lagthyo, hami sanga dherai samaye baki thiyo". i hope she hasn't forgotten me , wherever she is.
Hi astha! I love your songs and what you have done for the nepalese music industry but whoever is working as your social media manager or your music management team needs to be fired, imagine having a song like “yaad” in your album and not using it in your good budgeted feature videos, also such a good quality videos and the stories are so common, not something that i would tune into. Something most people skip. You have talent you have money, you can do so much better Also its quite annoying to have to skip to listen to your beautiful voice

Hi astha! I love your songs and what you have done for the nepalese music industry but whoever is working as your social media manager or your music management team needs to be fired, imagine having a song like “yaad” in your album and not using it in your good budgeted feature videos, also such a good quality videos and the stories are so common, not something that i would tune into. Something most people skip. You have talent you have money, you can do so much better
Also its quite annoying to have to skip to listen to your beautiful voice
