i have listened quit well to the 2 contestants. what i have noted from them and through my experience is that problem comes during construction period where professionals are not involved or they are removed from the site once they have assisted on things to do with design and approvals. In my experience, i have a project that i am involved in as a clerk of work and let me say that our consultant is always involved in all what is going on.
