you should make a video on the situation when:-
a wedding photographer takes a year long to deliver photo album.
as client what should we do to tackle such situation, because payment is always paid in advance, but what to do when photographer delays the delivery.
and not just any photographer, i am talking about good photographers who has good reputation.
and also you should advice the photographers that they should not delay their delivery.
