      Because he’s specifically training sport specific athletes to be more explosive.
      If somebody was working out specifically for bodybuilding purposes they probably shouldn’t do this. However, athletes like American Football Players and sprinters need this explosive twitchiness.

      Listen bro i understand explosive work and ive read a few books educating me on these topics. If you were to do explosive work wouldn’t it be smart to do bench press instead of pushups to set the percentages right? What if your bodyweight is too heavy? ( which it probably is for explosive work) . Also, dynamic work or explosive work is complimented by maxing out and doing lower reps. All im saying is look into explosive workouts more before you start doing clap pushups on the ground like a dumbass😂😂🤣🤣

      @@publicrestroom5075you don’t know what you’re talking about. But instead of leaving mean comments look up the French contrast method or even Dietz work on it. You do the explosive body weight movement after the lift because there’s more effective physiological carry over that way.

    Think I have the all-time least explosive nervous system. Can bench just under twice my weight but cannot do a clap push-up.😂

    Just do fast push ups. Your wrists will be fu€k€d if you are a bodybuilder, strongman or a powerlifter and do clap pushups.
