- Wow, what an epic day!!! After months and months of waiting I could finally get ahold of JetSurf board! yes, THAT ONE! The REAL thing.
All I had is One DAY to learn how to ride this beast and perform good enough to be featured in the drone video (what a pressure). With great help of Jetsurf Spain & Jetboard Limited experts Wayne, Tania and Roberto I could learn to stand up and ride it in 1 day (2 sessions of 30 mins each, total 1 hour) Mission accomplished but it was not easy, as many people usually need more time to learn it. And as you know I'm a lousy surfer usually needed twice as much time as a regular person to learn anything :))
The drone guys expected the great footage so under such pressure we had to deliver. FAST.
Enjoy our fun video with Epic drone footage of breathtaking Benidorm seascape (south Spain).
Bonus: in the beginning of the video Wayne and Tania are going to explain how Jetsurf board works and give you tips on how to get it ready for the first ride and how to learn if fast.
Special thanks go to the guys from iberiadrone.net for making this epic film!
P.S. More videos about Jetsurf (interview, unboxing, review) coming later.

Very good tutorial I just bought a board from that year. Can’t wait for summer.
Good choice!
How long can you ride this on a full tank?? How many miles/ millimetres etc
I think around 1.5 hours! You can go REALLY FAR if the speed and conditions permit (not bumpy etc). but remember if something wrong happens you need to be ready to swim back. You can not float or paddle with such board!
Bring that here in the philippines dude tourist can enjoy surfing on the sea , specially Boracay! Start business🤓👍🙏
what the ride time? thanks for sharing
1 gas tank is enough for 40 min ride!
where in spain?
Benidorm, south spain. Beautiful place.
thanks , if any project of jetsurfing around ?^ Cadaques ^ let us know
Hi, I’m staying in L’Escala. Where can I try the Jetsurf boards ? Gracias.
no airline is "used to see these boards". I did ask before the flight, even called different airlines. they all told me the same: "you can not take this board with you. take out the engine AND the gastank. then you are fine.
I bought my board in Europe, had to fly home (other continent) and I just gambeled and checked the board in. I asked a friend of mine to come with me to the airport and take the board in case they won´t let it on the airplane.
was lucky. they probably thought its an electric board (without battery)
which brings us to the next point.
E-boards also can not take their batteries onboard of an airplane. (airline restrictions for Li Ion batteries)
I build E-skateboards, E-bikes and E-boards. you can not travel with any of these boards.
(unless you leave the battery at home)
Thank you JP for input! I think you can still ship them cargo with no problem (even electric ones, with battery separate from the board).
are you making e-boards as well?
I am about to make "something"
I feel like I could fly a helicopter, if I can work this.
"You'll never have to work on the engine." Unless that's some kind of new 2-stroke warp drive I'm not aware of, engine parts have a lifespan.
They are pretty reliable compared to other parts.
Really dont understand why you need a full face helmet to ride one of these?? Seams like it would add so much leverage/stress on your neck and spine during a wipeout.
It came from Motosurf worldcup races safety rules... It's not about wipeout... When several boards are riding together around the track there is a high chance someone falls and the guy behind goes over him, the helmet will save your life
The helmet weighs around 600grammes. Just imagine catching an edge, and the board whacks you in the head….the helmet makes sense.
actually if gasoline was in the engine, it can NOT go on a plane anymore. there are STRICT rules in airline industry
I dont know for sure as I never travelled with it by plane but I see jetsurf guys going around places with their championships in different countries all the time so I guess that's not that strict, if you take out the tank and clean and air everything it should be probably ok
Now that i travelled on the plane with jetsurf I made the video with tips ua-cam.com/video/wyV25wKp_Dw/v-deo.html How to fly on the plane with your jetsurf motorized surfboard?
