Funny watching Sage on the 2nd bird. She knew he was in the cattails, but you could see her older & wiser mind thinking…do I really want to go into that thick stuff? Lol 😂. Great video as always.

3...in...the...bag! Very nicely done. Looks like a lot more snow there than north central. Were they able to burrow in, or only run on top? It has been the season of the runners. Dry early season runners all the way into January 31st runners. I guess we can try to look on the bright side -- more leg meat! 😂 Hope your collaboration was fruitful today. The fact you were posting a prior hunt's video at 4 pm makes me think it was!
@@gettinbirdy Thanks! Honestly, the only snow to speak of was what drifted in along the cattails. No burrowing this year, just running. Brent and I had a good hunt. I’ll have that film ready here in a couple weeks.
