The Problem of Increasing Malnutrition in India

Malnutrition, or the lack of proper nutrition, is increasing due to a variety of factors. The problem of malnutrition is basically caused due to lack of proper nutrition in food. There is a heavy lack of D3 and D12 in our diet. The fruits and vegetables that we eat are chemically processed which is harmful to our health.
Inadequate education and awareness about nutrition can also contribute to malnutrition, as people may not know how to make healthy food choices or how to prepare nutritious meals.
