Having an EA500 in the stable, happy to hear I don't require an Aria 2. This hobby has to much FOMO. So appreciate your reviews. Done purchasing IEM's and Headphones for the near future.

Great Review Tony!. Thank you soo much for comparing the Aria 2 with the Lan. You saved me $80 😅 I find the Lan having enough Sub Bass quantity using 4.4mm Balanced Cables and a Tanchjim Space DAC/AMP.
Thanks Tony for such a level headed, reasoned review. From what I have seen the first Aria 2 reviews have been either overly full of praise or aggressively, personal-grudge-against-Moondrop type nagative. You have delivered the comparisons, impressions and factual graphs. My Aria had broke recently (2pin connector failure) and I was looking to replace it since I do like this take on the Harman tuning and the shape of Aria was very comfortable for me. I will be getting it. Thanks again and kudos.

Great review Tony and I couldn’t agree with you more about Moondrop’s handling of QC issues. The cable with my Kato became overly stiff over a short period of time. They really screwed me over on trying to resolve the issue. They basically told me to lump it and to buy another one. I never bought another Moondrop product since.

Which one is better for bass ea500 or the Aria 2

Well for me both are excellent, but the EA at half the price of the Kato is the outright winner.
It does all the Kato does and in my opinion the upper mids and treble is superior.....that extra cleaner and detailed.
Fair enough the difference is not huge, but it's noticeable, but once price is factored into the equation it's really a no brainer.
Now if you own the Kato does it justify getting the EA.....no , I would perhaps just try to squeeze a little more out of the Kato.

Is Aria2 a great choice Because I cancelled my
KBear INK 2 IEMs which had a great leather case and nice cable 8 cores I guess It had a bit shrill mids so I though Aria wud be better and smooth. Also this will be my Only IEMs I use SKULL CANDY CRUSHERs headphones which have maximum bass any headphones have period.

EA500 to my ears sound ever so more detailed....and considering it's half the price , it's the obvious choice.

What a cynical game they've decided to play. Add to that the QC issues that are blowing up everywhere on their iems and we're watching Moondrop crater before our eyes. They used to be so good, what happened???
Well I can say I agree with you, but if you look at things in the bigger picture this problem of Moondrop affects all brands.....the difference between IEMs is becoming increasingly minute, so what happens os they try to diversify and go down different routes.
However this mostly goes sour because , many brands , Moondrop included got their fame on the basis of excellent iems, so to improve on something good ain't gonna be a easy task.
Take the Starfield MK2.....the original was excellent.....so the bar was set high and Instead of doing a copy of the original with some improvement, they went the other way and created a failure.
I can tell you I've spent hours trying to retune it, and it's a nightmare.
So In the case of the Aria 2 I said it was a return to what works because they basically crated a Aria OG with Aria Snow edition off spring.
And honestly it's actually good....it sounds really good and now I just hope it won't be plagued by QC issues.
