OK. Pretty good presentation. But what the heck does the Jimmy Hendrix example mean? You said you got permission to use the painting in the value mapping process. But there's no connection. I'm eager to know what it is.

I'd argue that's a VSM. That's a simle process flow with wait time built into it. VSMs must have 3 key elements: information flow, material flow, process timeline with VA/NVA ratio
