How can we continue to DEFEAT sin in Orthodox Christianity?

Hi friends, thank you for joining us! In today’s video we will talk about how we can continue to defeat sin. We can do that through the sacraments, especially, baptism, Chrismation, confession and communion. First, in Baptism, the priest baptizes us so that we can join God’s family. After Baptism, we receive the sacrament of Chrismation, where the priest puts the Holy Myron oil on our body, and we receive the Holy Spirit. Lastly, in confession, we tell the priest our sins so that God can forgive us and in communion, we take the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ to receive a new life.
