Just as Dhroo and Prahlaad meditated on the Lord, so should you meditate on the Lord, O my soul.
This is the only example mentioned in Gurbani of who we should take inspiration from when it comes to meditating on Vaheguru. In this video, taking reference from Bhai Gurdas' Vaaran, we tell the story of Bhagat Dhru.
