All of us here know that there is a full version of this masterpiece which is almost 2 minutes long, but I still don't know why that FIFA cut it to be shorter like this during official matches, the Argentinian one is also in the same situation when the lyrics part is cut so the players are just standing and "feel" the rhythm. That is so sad and unfair for this 2 powerhouse nations when they can't even finish their anthem completely before the match😓 P/s: please don't say anything negatively about these 2 anthems, because they deserve to be played fully whether they can be a little bit longer than 90 seconds, I mean you can take right at the neighboring country with both Brazil and Argentina - which is Uruguay as an example, their anthem's length is approximate with the Brazil's one (both are longer than the 90 seconds provided), but it is always fully performed and the exact opposite happens for Brazilian anthem.

While the usual Argentinian version was replaced by the recent Copa America tournaments one which includes the chorus lyrics at the last lines of the song, and well I was pleased that this 2 amazing anthems has been showed off with all of their spirit.

I am happy to announce that for the first time since 2006 (I think) the full first verse of hino nacional Brasileiro was played 🇧🇷 Viva Brasil 🇧🇷
The last time the full verse had been played before was the 2002 FIFA World Cup Final.

No countries have their full anthem in international matches

The FIFA only allows a maximum of 90 seconds per anthem. Russia's anthem for example is 4 minutes long originally
