Hi po. Question po sana. After making the payment kasi may nakalagay sa T&C na di sila tumatangap ng debit card dahil credit card lang tinatangap nila. Pero yung akin kasi debit card. Nabawas naman ang payment. Di po ba talaga tinatangap po?
Ang alam ko po Credit card po talaga. But kung nabawasan po ang Debit Card nyo baka po tanggapin naman po kasi nabayaran na. Better to call them po para po for peace of mind.
Hello, I would like to ask if they do check for the physical card upon check in? We used a virtual card and were surprised that it was only emphasized after it was accepted payment. Their terms say that if we are unable to present and show a physical card, they will consider our booking unpaid, despite the balance deducted from my card by Henann and will force the customer to pay at the hotel before check-in. We are also unable to cancel our booking as Henann does not allow refund for booking cancellations and they don't reply to any of our messages from any of their social media accounts, may it be facebook, main website, email, landline and mobile contact numbers. We already have our booking details, confirmation number(which is usually the only document needed for hotels for a successful check in), deduction on my card, and official email from the resort.
Hello there. I understand po your disappointment, I agree ang hirap po nila contakin. In our experiences po, yes they are looking and asking for the actual card, same with Henann group of resort in Boracay. Hope you could contact them soon to clear it up po.
