- Somebody broke my driver side window to steel my dashcam and some spare change.
That was not my best video for sure.
A thief broke my window at my night shift so i only sleep two hours before waking up and go to the scrap yard to get a window and install it before going to work at the same place again.
I was really tired and pissed.
If it helped some people,i am happy with that.

I've replaced regulators before, but never a window. Wasn't sure how to actually get the window in, but your video gave me complete confidence!! Thank you.

Great work 8:25 got my window smashed and wallet stolen out my envoy two night ago going to junkyard today to try to pull out a window and install after thanks for sharing your experience

The same happened to my 2004 silverado somebody broke the same glass on the passenger side the guy that replace car glass wanted 180$ but i went to the junk yard and they sold me the glass for $ 40 it was from a 2002 tahoe took me like 30 minutes to replace the glass thanks to you video lol

Should be similar repair,not my best video since i was working night shift and sleep only two hours...
Had to go to scrap yard picking one up and do the repair before going back to work.I was pissed.

No,i did not touch the outside trim.
How is your glass not dropping at 7:55 when you let go? Or are your clamps already up that high? Im going to take my driver and passenger windows out and remove the old tint and re tint them. Came here just to see your method on finagling the window in and out of the door..
The rubber that is in the inside and outside is retaining it from dropping.There is enough pressure to hold it.
It would be a better video if he would explain what tools he uses and tell us the steps he is not explaining and the video drags on definitely need a better video

My window got misaligned on my 03 Chevy Tahoe, driver side. The window got stuck, but the motor and regulator still works, Any tips pls?
Maybe one of the two clips that hold the window got loose and that why is misalign !Maybe ...

How is the window held in place? Did u glue it to the rail? What were thos 2 bolts u unscrew then tighten when u installed the window?
If i remember ,there is two clips that the window sits in and two bolts to secure it in the clips.
What that black rubber on the side of the door called..the inside part where door closes
Rubber Door Weatherstrip Seals.
