Hi bro, watching your videos. Love to see a plan for 30*45. There is T shape road. For 45(main gate) it has 25ft road. For 30(front) it has 20 feet road. On ground floor just wanted a living room, kitchen and a master bedroom. And on the first floor there should be a bedroom(More of a studio). Thanks in advance if you would propose a beautiful design. Budget is around 30-33 lakhs.
Hey....there are few things that could have been improved upon in the planning and designing.... 1.The entry door and the entrance door of the 1st bedroom is in one line... it makes it difficult for the user to maintain any privacy. Aesthetically it doesn't work well and also a door-after-door is not technically correct Vaastu wise... 2. The glass wall doesn't work it seems.... it's like a forceful addition of an element. Rather a window could have been well placed for more air and light considering there is a set back to the sides as well. 3. A designer partition wall could have been uses to separate the dinning space coz it's looking very left alone, thereby integrating the space with the utility.. 4. Now think of some guest sitting at the sofa could see someone washing hands after having lunch... it's a private affair and needs some privacy....hence the wash basin area could have been enclosed with a door or should have the stairs as its back and a decorative partition at it's side hiding it intelligently with an aesthetic appearance.... I am making my house and I have taken lots of ideas from ur videos🤗the only drawback I can see is that u always leave area in 3 sides of house...that area is too narrow and is of no use..that area u can include in the room instead
It looks like east phasing house since the kitchen is usually on east south corner.. in that case, west south should be cup board for money, not bathroom.. it's not vaastu compliant.. bathroom s too small.. steps could be v shape where one bathroom can be adopted below steps..
