The quality and dedication to the word of God is evident when reading and holding the scriptures and i am so grateful to Yahweh the Triune God who blessed us beyond measure with his word

Just beautiful! Thank you so much, pastor MacArthur, for reading Psalm 37 from your innermost being! To address the Author of His Word by His Name YAHWEH, leaves the reader of this LS-Translation with a deeper sense of intimacy (awe!), as he gains further amazing insight into the infinite beauty of Yahweh‘s mind!
What a dignified legacy of a life faithfully lived in connecting the Bible!! HALLELUJAH! 🙏 🇨🇭

Where does God name Himself Yahweh??? I find only one place where He provides a name by which to be known and that name was given to Moses and it is translated I Am that I Am.. ... I am truly curious where the name Yahweh originates. Does it mean the same?

@@jameslow5536Yes, "Yahweh" comes from "I Am" in Exodus. God calls himself "Yahweh" in Isaiah 42:8. It will say "the LORD" in your translation probably, but the Hebrew text is "Yahweh/YHWH" which the LSB uses.

@@mitchellc4 The Jehovah witness copypastas get annoying. Name a “prophetic prediction” that your leaders have gotten right. And then name every single one they’ve gotten wrong. They will never know as only God knows. Mark 13:32
“Now concerning that day or hour no one knows-neither the angels in heaven nor the Son-except the Father.”
      Now for John 9:38-39
38 “I believe, Lord!” he said, and he worshiped him.
39 Jesus said, “I came into this world
for judgment, in order that those who do not see will see and those who do see will become blind.”
Interesting, that he was worshiped and he did not reject because who but God alone can be worshiped? Revelation 19:10
“10 Then I fell at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers and sisters who hold firmly to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God, because the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
Additionally, even the Bible states that Jesus is God.
      Romans 9:5
“The ancestors are theirs, and from them, by physical descent, came the Christ, who is God over all, praised forever. Amen.”
      Philippians 2:6-8
“who, existing in the form of God,
did not consider equality with God
      as something to be exploited.
      7 Instead he emptied himself
by assuming the form of a servant,
taking on the likeness of humanity.
And when he had come as a man,
8 he humbled himself by becoming obedient
      to the point of death-
even to death on a cross.”
      Hebrews 1:8
      “but to the Son:
      Your throne, God,
      is forever and ever,
and the scepter of your kingdom
      is a scepter of justice.”
He also claimed to be God!
      John 8:58
“Jesus said to them, “Truly I tell you, before Abraham was, I am.”
Here the Greek word ego eimi is used for I am. Which is the enigmatic form, interesting. This word is the equivalent of Ehyah Asher Ehyah in exodus 3, I AM WHO I AM.
Colossians 1:16 also states that Jesus is the creator.
“For everything was created by him,
      in heaven and on earth,
      the visible and the invisible,
      whether thrones or dominions
      or rulers or authorities-
all things have been created through him and for him.”
Therefore Jesus cannot possibly be an Angel. Hebrews 1:6 states that even the angels worship him, and the angels can’t worship another Angel, only God.
“Again, when he brings his firstborn into the world, he says,
And let all God’s angels worship him.”
      God bless!

their insight was so helpful for me in deciding if i should get a new bible. they mentioned that all the new translations coming out focus on the people, readability, and modern culture who feel the need to update the word (ie, 2020 editions), while the LSB's primary audience and priority is God first and how he wants His word to be read by us the reader. when i heard that, i just knew that the decision was already made for me and i preordered.

God is the author of Scripture, not it’s audience. Translations of the Bible must take human readers into account. Because humans and their languages change, Bible translations must also change since the goal of translation is communication. Otherwise why bother translating it, let’s just recite the words from the original languages like Muslims do with the Quran.

I'm not. Here is the audience member's question and John's answer:
Q: "Once the person takes the mark, is there any possibility of him coming to Christ?"
John's A: "Yes. I think... In order to function in the economy of the antichrist you have to take the mark of the beast." Then John goes on to ask himself: "Will you still be able to be redeemed? And I think the answer to that is: Yes."
      Listen for yourself.
      ua-cam.com/video/x78UcGXRmn8/v-deo.html
Scripture says: "And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years." Revelation 20:4.
John was wrong about both (1) taking the mark and being redeemed, and (2) no one being saved out of the seven year tribulation that unless they took the mark. John must come clean with his error and correct himself, otherwise he is leading people astray.

I remembered watching that a while ago and remembered the context being an IF someone came to christ after taking the mark?' not a 'CAN someone come to christ after taking the mark?' But I also know in 1 Cor. 6:9 - 11, Paul identifies people who won't go to heaven either, but goes on to say 'as were some of you'. He says these people won't enter the kingdom of God and then says you WERE also that very thing, and yet you are going into God's kingdom. So I dont agree with John MacArthur, but theres a different answer. CAN someone come to Christ after taking the mark? Yes. Will it happen? I would say no because it is a decision against God, joining with His enemy. Can it? Yes. Will it? No. But I do know that this is a dangerous teaching and should not allow teachers to say by any means that it's ok to take the mark because you can be forgiven. Very dangerous especially with the stupidity of modern people to say they'll be saved 'when they're done living they're own life.' I am 15 and am so glad Jesus has taken me, I am ready to live my life to the fullest now because I am ready to die.
