thats kind of the problem innit? it cheapens TUF and by extension the UFC and MMA as a whole to have Dana White and other people affiliated with the UFC there and reacting to this crap the same way they would if it was a fight, and calling these guys fighters. keeping the format exactly the same as TUF only makes it even more apparent what an obvious parody it is. i don't have a problem with slapping i just don't want it associated with the UFC.

I know its a bit of a joke to anyone seriously interested in mma, but I’m seriously surprised at how little engagement this gets, it’s hilarious, like if you mixed mma and the office.
Little engagement? It gets over 200k views per episode despite it's length. If they released a compilation video with a flashy thumbnail, it would get millions, like pretty much all slapping viral videos.
Keep in mind that the first episodes were uploaded to the UFC channel when this one wasn't a thing, so that's why they have less views. But they're comfortably averaging 200-300k views in a 50 minute long show. That's decent for UA-cam.

Never really was a fan of this slap sport, but I can't deny that Dana White has brought me a bit closer to it, I don't mind this format of it, atleast we learn a bit about the competitors and thier life etc. Makes it a bit better to watch. I don't see this standing the test of time though.

I love this show, I can't get enough of it. Most of that love is from seeing men with obvious problems/adversity in life have the opportunity to change the life they currently have or the life of the ones they love. I wish I could have been in that house. I hope this sport grows to where I might have a chance at becoming a champion. All the haters, understand some men are born without rich parents. Without opportunity. Without anything but two hands and fast twitch muscle fibres. Not everyone can maintain the discipline it takes to join the army, nor had parents. And if they did have parents not many parents want you to fight in a cage or boxing ring. Have an open mind and know that these men are providing for the family that they love...

So he thinks, in order to prevent more damage, that it is a good idea to catch the dude by his shoulders instead of cushion the head on impact? Even if he succeed in catching the dude (which he didn't, you have just one job), the neck whiplash caused by the abrupt fall stop would do more damage...

@@bumchod2511 if you go by what the fighter say, they say they're broke. Dana said forrest help save ufc after tuf1 final was over in 2mins. Forrest and Bonnar then put on one of the best fights ever, Bonnar now is in such a bad place, he totally lost the plot, without a pot to piss in. The list go on and on with fighters that are broke now who where massive names back in the day, my point is I think it's more of a necessity than helping Dana out
