I delivered healthy twins at 50 with no health issues. I took good care of myself before, during, and after the babies. My babies are 7 years old, and thriving. I am enjoying and embracing all the challenges that comes with raising healthy, God fearing, loving, blessed children.

@@Johanne-y8m every woman is different, and you should not be encouraging women to have baby's in their 50"s; because it's not just about you being healthy, but a lot of times if the mom is a lot older, it risk the child having developmental issues, like down syndrome. I work with children, and I noticed children in "Special Needs" classes, with issues like; Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, etc. their Parents are usually a lot older. Not too mention, when women get older, they're usually less likely to have the energy to keep up with small children. I am in my early 50's, and I could not imagine, having to chase a Toddler, no Thank you! Which is why there's a such thing, called "Grandma" because, you can spend a little time with them "periodically" and give them back! There is also women in their 20's and 30's with complications trying to have children, so again it's case by case! It worked for you, but I would say the "majority" will have issues in their 40's and more so 50's, and also the child may have health and/or mental issues.

My primary care doctor told me it's not age that limits you to have children , it's how healthy you are...
Am not even done reading and I strongly disagree with your doctor. I know a very healthy lady who doesnt`t have children. Goes to the gym like 5 to 7 times a week, eats very healthy, Swims, Pilates, Cross fit.. As usual doctors don`t know anything. Am coming at them after suffering for yrs with health issues with absolutely no help from the so called Docs 🙄😤

Let me tell you .... Give up(in a sense).. Don't think about it.. I tried for 13 years and finally gave up and scheduled a hysterectomy. 6 months before I was gonna get it... Bam I was pregnant. 1 year later I got pregnant again!! Drs had told me for a decade I wouldn't be able to conceive any more children bc of scar tissue and a lack of good eggs .. Guess they don't know everything.

Neo me being a retired trauma labor&delivery 👩🏽⚕️ for 25 yrs u can be much smaller and still get gestational diabetes soo ur weight is not the only factor I’ve seen women having gestational diabetes at 135 pounds soo that doesn’t matter . Neo I forgot too tell u and Garett that my Joseph Isaiah has gotten into the police 👮🏽♂️ Academy he starts first wk of August please you both pray 🙏🏾 for my son I’d really appreciate that ❤❤❤❤

Walking is best thing for you and baby you carry. Drink water. Hormones will prevent you from losing weight not just carbs.

I am a midwife and I had a baby at 37 so don't worry about it, age is just a number! Also there is a book called "how to choose the sex of your baby" it is a great book and I highly recommend it!
I used that book! I prayed and used Dr.Shettles method of ho to choose the sex of your baby and after 3 boys I was blessed with a girl!!!

I was 41 when I delivered a healthy baby boy...we would not take any thing for him..he is now 42...my mother was 45 when she had her last baby...let GOD bless you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

God never opened my womb. We decided to adopt.
In Korea you can rest in a special room and nurses take care of your baby and you rest.
Home school is wonderful. Our child is 16 and we have homeschooled from the beginning.

Have you tried gluten free/ grain free? Also cutting out dairy and trying dairy free alternative? I really enjoy almond flour wraps. You can try recipies using almond flour. You'll get protein,fiber along with less carbs. Also possibly keto? Minimizing carbs down to around 50grams a day and bump up healthy fats (avacado, coconoutoil, ect) protein- nuts, meat as i notice you eat meat ) plus being in your chair adds to weight, however o think its amazing how you move around without your legs!!! You are very strong and most importantly your attitude is amazing and that can bring great results in itself!!!! Keeping the mind healthy is incredibly important!!! Also probiotics help me alot as well!!! May only joy, strength, peace, clarity, prosperity and all the good things continue to be with you and your whole family including nana and papa:) happy birthday to the special nana!!!🎉🎉🎉

My stomach looks like yours too I’m trying lose weight I was 222 now I’m 206 and don’t see any weight loss 😩 an got good news on weight but got bad news I’m a diabetic now an have to start meds tomorrow morning 😢 my down fall the doc said is my side dishes like pasta rice potatoes noddles breads he says to stop for awhile and see me in 9 months , I wish u luck in ur weight loss sweetie ❤ it’s hard for a lot of women to lose there stomach 🤗💝

I think that you should give your body a break. Yes, children are a Blessing and you and your husband seem to have it under control. Also, at the end of the day, it is you and your husband's decision. However, you are older since you have given birth to the other children. There's also issues with your finances, as well as with your disability. Although you get around pretty good, a lot is still on your husband. We all have to be prepared "financially" I admit, I could do better with saving money, myself. I am sure UA-cam is a good source to supplement your income, but what if something changes, and you no longer receive "compensation" from UA-cam. I am also curious to know; have you consulted your husband's parents about having another baby, and you are currently living with them? Wouldn't you prefer your own house, if you are going to extend your family with more children? The more children you have the more responsibilities will be on your husband. I think you should look at the big picture. I am also a Christian and feel everything is in God's Will. However, I do feel like as Christians, sometimes we pick and choose when to listen to God, and also sometimes God has already given us the answer, but we still challenge it.

You combat carbs with veggies...eat your veggies before carb/hack....I had A1c of 11 got it to 5.7 in 3mos with change of diet....limiting carbs is a good thing but its also how and when you eat them. You get 3 servings of carbs per meal, meaning read labels...15 g is 1 serving...1 slice of bread is 1 serving....1 cup of cooked rice is 30g so thats 2 servings....remember 3 serving or less per meal.

In my humble opinion, no, you're not too old, plus you're a beautiful couple~family that loves the Lord and loves and honors each other, which is a healthy and spiritually sound environment for raising children. My hesitancy regarding family growth is due to the toxic culture and time we are living in....we never know when war, etc is going to interrupt life as we know it. (So sorry if that sounds negative or fearful, which is not my intent. I've learned to be realistic mixed with my hope and faith in Jesus Christ.) Please seek the Lord for guidance regarding this very important decision. And keep enjoying your handsome sons, your extended family, and each other! Neo, you need to exercise. You really need to move your body to lose weight. I lost 105 pounds and I feel great. It really helped when I started to work out. Maybe see a physical therapist that can set you up with a safe appropriate routine. Good luck with baby number 5! By the way, I had a very healthy baby at 42 years old. By the way, I had a girl. I bought a book that showed you how to have a girl at 75%. It worked for me.
