New sub, this year was my first year of watching football and I found you two! You asked for advice on being in a rut. Well, here goes. For over active people, and those in seasons (I am in education, so have seasons / cycles), when “off season”, do SOMETHING different. Try something you never would typically. Maybe a crazy adventure. I live in Vegas, so there is an escape room here. There is “eat a meal in the dark” (I know sounds crazy), a cooking class. Once every other week. And pick the person, I have four kids and a great hubby. Find one. Just something out of the norm you never have time for. I typically wear black and neutral colors, and picked a ONLY crazy color outfit one week. I know sounds crazy but is fun! It recharges the batteries. Also so much fake news in football, covering real news in football, please do! You two are great!
After listening to this podcast, I like you ladies even more. You two are my spirit animals. I can relate to everything on this podcast.
I've known both of these beautiful ladies, from many years of sideline reporting and always thought they were A Cut Above. And then when the whole Taylor Swift / Travis Kelce gossip started I rediscovered them via this podcast..
Absolutely love both of them and their takes on whatever subject it may be. I will say this their significant others are very lucky, and yes I'm a bit jealous😂😂

lol dying on the driving around dumping recycling. Haha I work for Waste Management, yes thats illegal dumping, never heard of that for cardboard dumping though LOL. Charissa I appreciate that you like breaking down boxes :) wish we had more people like that.. I take care of businesses and they have such a tough time breaking down boxes then the dumpster is overfilling and we are charging them

Erin...it's probably expensive but hook up with a stylist, for just a couple of hours, and have her come to your home...then pull out the items you know you haven't worn in a while, let her look at them and get rid of whatever doesn't excite you...then the stylist can advise you on updating items to replace the ones that you have removed...you'll have new outfits plus maybe some additions from the things you may have ignored for too long...

Hi protein food can make ear infections more likely. Try soaking a cotton ball in the ear cleaner and place the cotton ball in the dog's ear,massage the ear gently and then remove the cotton ball. I have a Lab that this worked much better,less stress for him too.
