    I loved the short segment of the avy forecast before heading out. Obviously, you look at it everyday, I think it would be super interesting to show something like that more often. Send some snow to the south for us!

      Agree! From up North used to ride Michigan, North Bay and Muskoka every year. Moved to Alaska, loved it, now in Florida....nice to see some snow and miss the snow!!

    New sub a few videos back. You truly do have the best snowmobiling content out there. This one was awesome to watch. Snow so deep the sleds need to be fitted with snorkles😂

    Totally amazing Matt. Not enough snow yet here to even begin to think about trail riding (Fredericton NB). Haven’t done any mountain riding at all, I would have been happy AF to just ride the trail up and down a few times 😆😆😆.
    Thank you very much for taking the time to make and share your days of Revelstoke deep pow riding via UA-cam. I do watch them all and look forward every single day to see what you have in store for us 😉.

    DEEEPPPP! Man that boost sure carries some track speed. Its really obvious when you compare to the NA sleds. Amazing! Sure wish Alaska was getting some of this snow! Thanks for the vids!

    The point comparing the two sleds where you and your dad thought each required more input is so valid. They’re all so good.
    I think we’ve officially passed the point of brand loyalty being justified between these two. It’s a matter of preference at this point, and I can’t decide between either, with the only real difference being power vs weight, with the ratio being very similar at the end of the day.

      @@drifter5682 I took two years off riding to invest in my business, and it seems like nothing’s really changed. Cat and Yam aren’t even in the conversation for me. Been 5 years behind in tech for long time.

    Absolutely EPIC day!!! Within 5 minutes, my cheeks were starting to hurt from a non-stop ear-to-ear grin😊. And after that, it only got better with laughter! That sled has got to be turning some track speed at 8,400 rpm in that dry fluffy stuff! WTG Matt on another UA-cam winning video!!!!

    Awesome vid as always.
    As far as gas caddy’s go I’d just bolt the linq adapters to the Polaris tunnel. Then you can run the Ski Doo accessories. I’ve done it on my 21, and I’ve seen a few guys do it on the Matrix’s up here in Alaska. I think a company in Canada makes the adapters for em.

    So much snow. That's wild. I'm jealous. This was the winter after I moved to Arizona and Utah had the best snow they've seen in a loooong time..... and I was stuck in an ugly desert :(

    Deepest snow i ever snowmobiled in was the first day i got my Phazer 500. We got dumped on the night before with 3 foot of snow and i thought that was deep. Would love to experience snow that deep. Great video!

    Sooner or later a snorkel kit will be needed to reduced the bogging for that amount of snow LOL. Either way Keep documenting you rides love the video's!!!

    Awesome vid again. I'm not very experienced with turbos at all, but it seems that the Polaris Turbo kicks in wayyyy earlier than the Doo does.

      It pulls harder, and builds more boost.
      I think the way the wastegate is setup on the Polaris just makes it more obvious/noisy. I kinda think they did it on purpose so people would feel like they're really getting what they paid for in turbo go fast noise.

    Doo might have been the first turbo, but Polairs did it right~!! bought the 2022 doo turbo,but next yr going back to Polaris~!!great video!

    Cool to see Poo finally caught up and both brands on par. Was that your Dad pulling away from you on that hill? Unfortunately for Poo, the Doo/G4 is in it's 6th year. The G5 should be released soon. Awesome riding and comparing the sleds.

    I wish we had enough snow to get out riding, that part of the reason I purchased a new polaris sportsman to go trail riding this summer. I just have to wait 3 months for it to come in.

    After owning both axys and gen 4 for over 2000km on each of bc mtn riding it’s definitely takes more effort on the gen 4 chassis then Polaris one and I have a feeling you will notice it more and more as the season goes

    This is like what we just got for snow. Just too much powder. Now it’s shrunk a couple feet thanks to 1.25” of rain. Should make for a good base for new snow fall!

    First time fuelling it up looked at the digital gas gauge stopped when it said 100% fuel without eye balling it ,it takes patients fueling up at gas stations looking at the 7s display fuel gauge isn't 100% true, that's where i had my trust issue at first 😂, i got a Polaris matryx slash Khaos 146 850 with the 7s display since mid November.

    mountain addiction gas caddy is my favorite setup for polaris. you can buy linq adapters but they stick out past the side of tunnel

      You can mount the linq adapters in-line with the tunnel and mount them sideways with the matryx tunnel not having coolers you can drill and bolt them wherever.

    looks fun as hell... I would love to break into snowmobiling.. but it seems AWFULLY pricey to break into.. $10-15k sled, $1000-3000 on snow gear, fuel tanks, epirb (I do have a garmin inreach mini for "overlanding"), and I know my tacoma can haul a trailer and some gear.. how would you start out? buy a used sled? I live in coastal Maine.

    For gas on your poo you should get a linq adapter kit. Then you can use your brp cans and bags. There’s is no great polaris option.

    Found my favorite place to go. Just not quite as much fun with a 15 year old summit with that much pow though.
