How to cook with 2 Types of Pasta- Video Tutorial

You've probably heard it said that you shouldn't cook 2 pasta shapes at once. But what if I told you this was bad advice? Cooking 2 different pasta shapes together is not only possible, but awesome! I use this method in my Penne (and Cascatelli) Pomodoro, which you can also find the tutorial for in this video. Using 2 pastas in the same dish brings variation to the dish, making it more interesting both visually and in texture. And it's not rocket science; cooking 2 pasta shapes together is actually very easy and will NOT ruin your dish. I
