I mean, he's played pretty much every game he picks for them to play on the channel. He even speed runs a fair bit of them a couple days before recording, like he did with Dead Rising (even though Chris played anyways).

“It takes some getting used to.” That’s Ding speak for what normal people would call “you need to sell your soul and the soul of your firstborn to make it past level one.”
Ding Dong really is a chill guy. Chris talks about how he really hates humanoid aliens right in the side of Ding Dong and he does nothing about it. I have respect for him.
This game is metal asf! And it's adorable how the girl shuts her eyes like she's scared and grabs the boy and hides her face. Also love how the boy throws up the rock on sign. Art style is great too, I'm a sucker for a good art style!
i feel like ding dong only collects games that are way too obscure for anyone then just masters all of them and joined oneyplays to demonstrate his talents
We know now, because DingDong mentioned it in OneyStays: Bart's Nightmare, he only got one game at a time because his mom wouldn't let him get a new game until he actually finished the one he got.
I like to imagine the witch-off between Chris and Joolian is them as witches on the roller coaster and it starts as them having a good time but spirals into madness and witch vomit
We know now, because DingDong mentioned it in OneyStays: Bart's Nightmare, that when he was a kid he only got one game at a time because his mom wouldn't let him get a new game until he actually finished the one he got.
YES! I saw Mr. DingDong stream this and was praying they'd do a playthrough of this. This is one of the craziest concepts for a game I've ever seen, and you guys consistently play lost classics and games I got from my grandma who didn't really know what video games were. Keep at it; this is my favorite channel on UA-cam currently.
Mass Effect is one thing that actually has a lot of other species. The huge lumbering sloth things, floating jellyfish things, arachnid creatures that you can choose to save, weird little guys bug guys that take care of the citadel, and more I'm probably forgetting.
i really liked the lil' rant about humanoid aliens. it bugs me when everything in a bit of scifi media is just odd humans, but i will say, humanoid aliens aren't bad. in some contexts it can be better to have simple aliens.
Hold up! So the Halloween Episode is on an incredibly obscure horror themed game with arcade like gameplay and an awesome punk rock track? Awesome! Thanks for sharing this gem of a game like you did with Mr. Bones.
on the subject of grays and fire in the sky, i want to point out that the movie did one actually cool thing where the "huge black eyes and grey featureless skin" alien stereotype is actually their spacesuits; the aliens themselves are these orange fleshy dudes
The girl's outfit reminds me of the scene in Yes Man where Jim Carrey's character shows up to a Harry Potter party wearing a toddler-sized Harry Potter costume, it's so small.
Was just on a game grumps animated and saw people in the comments arguing about the morality of being attracted to an underage cartoon character. Small world.
@@monopoly1027 The only one he doesn't do is Lyle, whom instead he has chained up inside of the couch, forced to listen to the various voices until he is let out for a special ocassion.
Fucking thank you with that alien thing. Why would something light years away that evolved on another planet with a different echo system, food china, ect look just like a human with some bumps on their face and blue skin?
it was satisfying seeing this after watching dd stream this game for hours because when he said some fact about it i was like “yes!! I know that! I was there with you !” feel like a vip viewer
I met the little human boy that makes fun of Anakin. He was working as a camp counselor at a Boy Scout camp. Pretty chill guy, though he seemed uncomfortable to talk about the movie.
Orlando Bloom was okay in Kingdom of Heaven (Directors Cut version only, ever). The character he was playing was dead inside so it suited his acting range quiet well. I recommend Directors Cut version of Kingdom of Heaven to everyone.
I'd say it doesn't help his case because in that movie he's surrounded by far more interesting actors/characters... But that's really every movie he's been in.
an example of a good alien design is those guys from Majora's Mask, even though they were based on an urban legend, but even that is disturbing to look at
Bipedal movement is a very energy conservative model compared to say, quadripedal movement. So having upright, bipedal aliens might be explainable that way. Granted, differences in gravity and density of the atmosphere might make other forms of movement more efficient on those planets. Also, the bigger issue of all these aliens from likely different gravities all seem to be just fine on the same spaceship/station with a standarized gravity.
Aside from differences in the planet's gravity, it's actually a decent guess that most alien species who'd be on our level (or above) in intelligence and tool usage would have humanoid-ish bodies. Since we literally have no extra-planetary reference for what life looks like right now, it's hard to figure what direction alien physiology would look like.
As a child, Legolas was the first character I ever fancied. I was 5/6 when I first saw LOTR. I also fancied Ewan McGregor as young Obi Wan. I just remember my siblings intentionally pronouncing Legolas' name wrong to annoy me XD

Ding Dong is legitimately good at games you're not supposed to be good at.

That’s Ding speak for what normal people would call “you need to sell your soul and the soul of your firstborn to make it past level one.”
I love it when ding dong explains how hard a game is meanwhile he friggin dominates the shit out of it!
Do not mistake composure for ease
hes humble
The hillz Thats the opposite of humble...
That's because you don't see him grinding for 20 hours before this, it would be more impressive if he wasn't intimately aware of the entire game.

I love the idea that Ding Dong crashed into Julian's pool and they played video games
Oney X
And then ding dong liked the games they played so much that he mastered every game on planet earth within 3 days with his mysterious alien powers.
they then went of adventures working together to find the tomar emeralds
Chris goes from 1 to 11 when he starts talking about something that makes him mad, like with the whole humanoid alien thing.
Its because of his soft spot
Ignoring the fact that they designed ding dong as just a man with a gerbil head.
That's because Chris is on the spectrum.

The sequel is called Sad Panic Coaster, the story is all the characters had crippling depression and died.
I'd buy that for a dollar!
most people struggle with certain games controls but dingdong somehow immediately learns and masters them as soon as he sees a single screen

I miss when OneyPlays had games no one has ever heard of
Speaking on vampire movies, “What we do in the shadows” is great.
Holy mackerel, this game actually looks fun.
Try Thumper, quite similar but less goofy. Still good though
The riff at the beginning of each level sounds like the first riff in Master of Puppets. I kept expecting for it to play.
My favorite part of Reservoir Dogs is when Count Dracula cuts that cop's ear off.
The way Dingus doesn't even laugh at half the stuff Chris says makes me laugh all the time, I don't know why
He laughs a lot more in OneyStays. He seems more relaxed now.
"Let's have a witch-off" then they had a witch off.

Game theory is oneyplays real or are they a computer simulator programmed to be real.
CyberX3 Game Theory: Do Ding Dong and Julian really exist? Is Chris talking to himself to imitate there being multiple people?
