bro with all due respect to Vizag, i don't think it's fair for you to say "there is nothing except for IT and biryani" because Hyderabad has one of the richest cultures. It has got influences from the Nizam rule crediting it's palaces and gardens, and the tribal influences which've made it look more popped up. And coming to the IT part, yes it does major in there, but also it is the 1/3 producer of the world's vaccines. There was a time when people said, there is nothing in here than the forests(which are also still present), but we've come so far by developing and respecting other cultures, by being aceepting of people from across. And i don't think any city can trump it on the grounds of being a true secular city because there is religious equity everywhere.

Chennai is the 4th city with GDP. Why it is less than Bangalore? bro with all due respect to Vizag, i don't think it's fair for you to say "there is nothing except for IT and biryani" because Hyderabad has one of the richest cultures. It has got influences from the Nizam rule crediting it's palaces and gardens, and the tribal influences which've made it look more popped up. And coming to the IT part, yes it does major in there, but also it is the 1/3 producer of the world's vaccines. There was a time when people said, there is nothing in here than the forests(which are also still present), but we've come so far by developing and respecting other cultures, by being aceepting of people from across. And i don't think any city can trump it on the grounds of being a true secular city because there is religious equity everywhere.

Don't know about kolkata but west bengal economy is now stagnant as a result unemployment rate is growing rapidly and i didn't see kolkata growth rate anywhere near other top cities of india. Kolkata once capital of india that's why had seen some economy development in past but after that its cherm is diminishing . KOlkata achive nothing after that.

Chennai is the 4th city with GDP. Why it is less than Bangalore? Reason is most of the industrial and IT areas are Outside the Chennai city it wont come under Chennai Corporation it will be under near district Kanchipuram and thiruvallur. If they added these areas like sriperumber(industrial area), Srisuri,Tambaram and shollingalur ( IT areas). Chennai gdp will be more than 110 billion for sure.
