To get such a great review just fills my eyes and heart up with tears coz of the bad fortune of such well made movies artistically like this one, haider, gangs etc and the likes not getting their commercial due and many times leaving the stars in oblivion or struggling coz of their commercial failure and eventually becoming cult movies over the years. These movies,as per your comments, clearly are international acclaim worthy, the biggest desire of acknowledgement by most in our industry , but the irony is that the actors of these movies end up having to face a v hard uphill battle to get and do the kind of movies they want and to balance that out for survival and sustenance is hard. Even I only just realised and started really appreciating SSR after HIS death for the kind of work he did in his v limited filmography but so accomplished for someone from outside fighting against all odds to achieve the kind of quality and success that he did by 34 (Just 7 yrs in bollywood) , which is a rare feat! And he was so bright, but never got his recognition and fame matching his capability and success coz of poor PR amongst other reasons. Of course this movie is a testament to all of this not only from SSR perspective but for all superlative actors part of this ensemble who are outsiders.

No your whole argument is based on the issue of suicide. What if it isn't a suicide.i get what your point is and agree that mental health should be taken seriously but don't take sushants case as an example because you don't know what is the truth and by the way we won't ever know if it isn't a suicide because these things never go public. But on the basis of that you can't say that look at sushant was Intelligent he took that step. How can you say that when you don't know if that's true or not
Is anybody talking about Ashutosh Rana? I thought he was terrific as the antagonist cop.
I think they are blind so can't aashutosh rana
To realise the acting Prowess of Ashutosh Rana they have to watch Sangharsh
@@sushreepadhi so true....even Dushman and most of his villainous stuff...i can't get myself to revisit those movies coz of him, even trailers give me chills
@@harpreetarora5069 He had a certain nuance in villainous characters that made people hate him as a villian and acting wise superb.
Still to discover him...😊
Wish Sushant could hear this about him.. wish he knew how much we all loved him ❤️
Sushanth was dejected but not depressed, he was full of life, I will not believe he gave up just like that when he knew there was so much more to his life than just movies. There is a lot we dont know and we will never know because they will bury the truth 😞 Really miss him, will not be able to watch his movies for now.

@@sushreepadhi But it gives some kind of appreciation and motivation
@@technicallaser1914If you are a good actor you don't need to show off with awards to prove skills.Aamir Khan is a great actor but doesn't need an award to motivate himself.
That idiotic Ananya Pandey won an award for that shit of a movie SOTY 2 that I don't want to watch even in my worst nightmares. She can keep that award now and keep cleaning it till his father and film daddy KJO don't buy her another one.
I could say how pathetic she must have been in the movie in the Yogi Baba take on SOTY 2 itself.

Unfortunately, Bollywood took away many hit projects / films from Sushant. They went to ranveer when Sushant was first choice. He would have been number 1. He was also extremely intelligent and one of the very few to have the engineering background and a love for math and science. He was extremely multi-talented and genuine. Very tragic.
Bollywood didn't take away anything Sushant refused many movies that went to others as a second choice.
He was very talented by he did not realize his self worth and how much he was loved by so many. That's more tragic........not realizing one's importance.

Atleast now you realized Manoj bajpayee is a great actor...Hez one of the finest actor from India
For Korbin he is Manjol Bajpeeeeee
Manoj Banajee.
That dialogue from Satya "Mumbai ka king kaun? ...Bhiku Mhatre" still is etched in my head.
The banner of u two chilling behind is so cool
Great actors In parallel cinema who have won many national awards amongst themselves are: Om Puri, Naseeruddin Shah, Late Smita Patil, Amrish Puri, Deepa Sahi, Manoj Bajpaye, Irfan Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Nana Patekar etc
Manoj Bajpayee : The Family Man
Sushant Singh Rajput : MS Dhoni, Kai Po Che
Go watch !!!!!
Watch Manoj Bajpai's "Pinjar" for sure.
The next Sushant movie you need to watch is Kai Po Che. It's a great film as far as performances go. To know the story of that rebel woman with a small part in this movie watch Shekhar Kapur's Bandit Queen. Everybody in India knows Phoolan Devi and her story.
The dacoit woman you saw in the film is PHOOLAN DEVI. To know about her, you should watch Shekhar Kapur's film BANDIT QUEEN. Btw it also stars Manoj Bajpayee. Shekhar Kapur directed the Hollywood film ELIZABETH.
you should react to asian paint ad and sushant university speech u will get to know how intelligent he was.
Thanks rick. Sound and background music was top notch
Another Abhishek Chaubey's film-Isqhiya
Sushant- kai po che
Manor Bajpayee- Bhonsle, satya
I'd definitely recommend Kai Po Che as your next SSR movie!
Watch the family man for Manoj Bajpai and watch Ms Dhoni the untold story for Sushant but get full information about Dhoni and how his looks changed with age and then watch Ms Dhoni the biggest blockbuster of sushant's career.
All the Episodes of "Pavitra Rishta" has been removed from UA-cam and now Amazon Prime removed "MS Dhoni: The Untold Story". They're not even giving "Dil Bechara" a Theatrical release inspite of Fans urging them to hold on till the Pandemic ends.

Yeah this review should've been atleast 1hr long
Don't compare him to Ranveer... Sushant is way way way better than him in every way. Ranveer always made safe choices and is plain lucky to work with big directors, but Sushant took risk all his life.... he could have won us the oscar for sure as best actor...we lost our future Oscar.... we lost our future Nolan.
Ranveer is good only when worked with Zoya and Bhansali...all other his work is pathetic...eg. Befikre (crappiest of all) he is an over actor just like Varun dhavan...only when a strict director is there to control him then he comes out good and that is a director's credit... NOT ranveers talent at all
Ranveer played safe? Dont joke please..Just because someone died u dont need to discredit anyone..go watch padmaavat, bajirao, gully boy he has a different role everytime...
@@adityasutrale5809 that's exactly what i have said...give that credit to the directors
@@Pratik_saodekr1 A director can help you in getting the nuances of the role but not become a good actor. Give Ranveer his credit for his good roles. What was Shuddh Desi Romance then??? A time waste for me literally with the most pathetic acting by Sushant. And all the hype about Drive being released online Karan Johar hates Sushant,
I couldn't bear that shit for more than 5 minutes He was acting as if reading lines from a tele prompter.
Do we blame Sushant as an actor for these bad movies or remember him for the good ones.Nobody watched Befikre more than once not even fans who really love Ranveer.
Ranveer was priviledged with good connections... Plus too much money is spent on his PR which turns me off although he is not a bad actor.
Please watch his first debut film - KAI PO CHE. It's a great movie and also stars RAJKUMAAR RAO AND AMIT SADH.
Songchiriya should have been one of the top movies to send to the Oscars, it had everything, a real Indian story, real Indian issues, originality, amazing camera work, cinematography, sound design and great acting. i dont understand why gully boy was sent, it was a good movie with but a story that has been told many times.
For Vishal Bharadwaj and Abhishek Chaubay watch 'Ishqiya' starring Vidya Balan, Naseeruddin Shah and another gem Arshad Warsi.
We will miss you Sushant 😓 😓

I am a student of linguistics. This movie is in Bundelkhandi. Bundelkhandi has been made a Dialect of Hindi but the fact is that if you observe the linguistics of Bundelkhandi it is a language in its own and had developed much before Hindi. Besides MS Dhoni, this was Sushant's best work. This would have taken a lot from him in terms of physicality but would have enriched him & his craft while working with such great talents. He will surely be missed esp the potential that he had to be in the league of Irfaan Khan.
