- For this recipe you will need:
a pack of filo dough sheets
300 gr. feta cheese
4 eggs
200 gr. yogurt (10 % fat)
30 ml. sunflower oil
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
400 ml. milk
70 gr. butter
Bake at 180°C for 50 min.
I recommend to serve it with ayran (yogurt to drink).

Para esta receta necesitas los siguientes ingredientes:
-1 paquete de hojas de pastel
-300 gr. queso feta
-4 huevos
-200 gr. yogur (10% de grasa)
-30 gr. aceite de girasol
-1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
-400 ml. Leche
-70 gr. manteca.
Hornea la tarta durante 50 minutos a 180 ° C.
