youre so busy i assume you already have one but getting a paper planner honestly CHANGED ME. my life isnt necessarily that busy day to day but having every little thing mapped out right in front of me has helped a lot. i did the 21 day fix for a while last year and it kept me accountable for my food and for my exercise. it also helped that i found tons of cute planner stickers on etsy. for me it was just so validating to physically look back on a week and see all my exercises checked off. doing it on my phone or whatever digitally never worked.

I use a Leuchtturm bullet journal to keep track of everything :) I'm a "see it on paper" gal as well.
