@@naomih2498 if you got a good enough phone you can connect two different devices but you won't have stereo sound. I think you just have to get the right color

Mine doesn't even become red, it's always green

You may need to clean the contact points on the case and the bud, and/or jiggle it around. Also, try letting the battery drain on both and then give it another shot. Best of luck!
