I just started crocheting maybe four weeks ago, made a blanket for grand daughters who are on the way, and made my cell phone case and then wham! I saw those lovely earrings and the exact colors I want just finished my bob marley slouch hat and got to have these, so thank you for sharing them with me and the world may you continue to be blessed and share your gifts with those of us who are finally getting to it.

Hay. I hope u r feeling better. Stay positive. But yea I wind my floss up on the plastic cards. It keeps it from getting tangle. Get the plastic cards not the cardboard cause u can reuse them over and over again. U r a very good teacher. I appreciate your time.

How many single crochet do you do in order to put 5 colors in the swirl, not counting the trim

Hi there! Great tutorial!! A couple of quick questions for ya ... would you use the same stitch count even if you use a different number of colors? So let's say I only want to use 3 colors, would I still want 13 sets of dc and so on? Also, how many skeins of each color did you use for both earrings?

  • @BarelyTsunami

How many stitches would you do if you only want three colors? Would you still do 14 in the magic circle?

What is this thread you are using called (DNC?); and where can I purchase it? If I use regular crochet thread it is so much thinner and does not work as well? Thanks in advance. By the way these are awesome I hope I can find the thread to make them.
