I had an oppertunity to assist him in Amala cancer center around 1999 for a month(thanks to Dr. Varghese Mani my HOD who send me there as a part of peripheral posting from GDC calicut). It was my first experience to see a surgeon operating, listening to music in his CD player.I was amazed by his humilty, attitude and care for his patients.Incredible surgeon, artist, a man who is so sure about what he is doing with his scalpel.I am yet to find out his driving force towards his perfection and humility.Remembering the legend after 21 years..🤩
